Description: Blue Water Grill is a breath of fresh air with unique Frank Lloyd Wright...
Blue Water Grill is a breath of fresh air with unique Frank Lloyd Wright inspired architecture, a stunningly massive fireplace, and some of the best water views in West Michigan. This is all made possible with large glass walls, inspired design and, quite possibly, the most impressively beautiful deck in the city. And that's just the atmosphere. Blue Water Grill continues The Gilmore Collection tradition of decidedly inspired food with a collection of satisfying influences including Italian, Mediterranean and classic American. All the traditional favorites are accounted for with a wide variety of wood-fired pizzas, seafood, steaks, salads, sandwiches and more. The menu and surroundings are perfect for the most intimate or social of dining experiences.

Good food with nice view of lake

We've visited this restaurant before and love the scenic view. Prices comparable to Red Lobster, plan on spending $10-20 per person. Sunday's they offer a breakfast pizza which I love. I usually can only eat half and take the other half home. Be sure to ask for bread and dipping oil when you... read more

Just had lunch at Blue Water Grill. I ordered the Reuben sandwich with the cranberry Cole slaw. The Cole slaw was tasty, but extremely small portion, about a half cup. The French fries were your basic frozen crinkle fries. The sandwich was a bog standard Reuben....nothing to shout about. I've eaten here several times and NEVER been impressed. Our server... More

We came here for lunch and our waitress was not up to par for a Gilmore collection whatsoever. The food was good as usual but it took forever for the waitress to take our order. It was not busy at the time we were there. Our table had appetizers and she took care of 3 of them but left mine... More

Was on my way to Meijer's Gardens and stopped here for lunch. Glad we did as it was a delightful dining experience. Loved the root chips and dip - delicious and healthier than real chips. Next had the soup and turkey sandwich. It was amazing as it was roasted turkey breast and not some processed turkey. The soup was homemade... More

Love the ahi tuna salad here, and the bruschetta. Both are full of different flavours, fresh and delicious. The salad even comes with a delicious mango sorbet to clear the pallet. The cocktails are good too and they have a happy hour. There is a very pretty view of a man made lake, and there is an inviting log fire,... More

I enjoyed an afternoon visiting an old friend, enjoying a beautiful lake view and wonderful food. The oven turkey sandwich is fantastic and the Blu Bar Egg Rolls are incredible.

I had the Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon with lemon-miso glaze, wild rice blend, grilled asparagus. The Salmon was overcook, very dry, the lemon-miso glaze was supposed to be on the fish when they grill it, so as to caramelize, instead it was on the wild rice, which smell burnt. The fish was not season at all, not much taste. My... More

The Gilmore Company have a lot of great restaurants. This is not one of them. We asked to sit outside where the lake view is lovely. Well, we ended up by some kind of station where dirty dishes, garbage and whatnot are kept. We asked to move, please. Though annoyed and apparently puzzled by the request, the hostess stated that... Fussy pub food at an inflated price. Nice atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff, but the menu's a head scratcher full of curious combinations. I'm sure this place has a dedicated and local following, but just passing through it didn't impress and struck me as a bit over-priced.
