Description: Overlooking the brewing facilities, our Taproom allows customers a look into where the beer magic happens. It’s a great testing ground for us, and on any particular day you will find numerous products on draft available only at Founders. The unique offering of specialty beers, the laid back atmosphere, and thrice-weekly live music has helped to make our Taproom a staple in the Grand Rapids community and a destination for travelers.

We stopped in to have a beer and watch a football game. There is a ton of seating available in this place. IT was seat yourself so it was kinda hectic finding a seat. Very good beer. Since there is not to many TV's and the game we wanted to watch wasn't on we went to another brewery, but if... More

Tasty brews and snacks, sandwiches, and salads. Many sandwiches are offered as salads (!) with the same good ingredients but no bread. Great indoor and outdoor place with at least 3 bars to order from or more likely contemplate what to order! Knowledgable staff! Food is ordered at another counter with fast service. Helpful servers come to your table if... More

I've been here a few times before and thought it was just good, however I stopped in last week before the Eagles concert and was blown away by how nice this place is after a remodel. I'ts huges inside and out, very very cool brewpub and not to mention GREAT beer. We had a couple of sandwiches which I would... More

I have been to a few breweries and this by far ranks on top. This is the big time baby once you walk into this place. Huge inside and outdoor area. Tons of people and areas to hangout. Food was good and of course the beer was great! A must stop in Grand Rapids.

Great micro-brewery with a good-size taproom. My husband enjoyed the beer and good service. While we didn't eat there, lots of food was being served by the kitchen and it looked delicious. Definitely worth a return trip!

Seat yourself brew pup and seats go fast on weekends, but we sent a few out early and got seats for a group of 20+, had great food, great brews, and great fun. After 3 food is ordered at and picked up at a window (no table service for food).

Just love Founders and the beautiful atmosphere that is great for everyone! The sandwiches are all a culinary delight and the brew is awesome! Winter, Summer, Fall or Spring, Founders is a great place to get a bite to eat and have a drink while watching all the people and enjoying the lovely patio or entertainment.

We met relatives for dinner and sat outside. Food was excellent but you have to know how they run the place. You find your own table, can get beer from the wait staff but have to order from an order window and get a buzzer that goes off when your meal is ready and then you have to go and... More
