We ate here for the first time this past Sunday. We were attending a special event for Park UCC church across the street. They had a limited menu this evening for the large crowd. I had a wonderful vegan dish of Quinoa, curried chickpeas and cauliflower. Truly, this was one of the best vegan dishes I have ever had! Beautifully... More

My boyfriend and I ate here on New Year's Eve around 8pm. I ordered the brisket sandwich and sangria and they were delicious and filling. Our server was friendly too. My boyfriend ordered the mac and cheese and he finished the bowl in 5 bites and was still hungry. I don't understand how paying well over $13 dollars for a... More

Wifey and I went with 2 other couples. First time at this place, really don't know why I haven't been here before? Nice, non-chain place, not fancy but pretty cool place. Server was very nice. Didn't feel rushed at all (2 hour visit). 5 of 6 liked their meals, one dinner was duck which was pretty fatty? However , I... More

I had lunch here for the first time and it was very good. I had a vegetarian wrap that came with fries. The fries were so good that i ate all of them before starting on my sandwich.

A very disappointing offering for restaurant week. The chef tried twice to cook a pork chop. The first was like shoe leather and the second was seared and served nearly raw. I used to like this restaurant but I won't be back. Apparently a lot of people agree with me as it was mostly empty during dinnertime on a Friday... More

We decided to have dinner at One Trick Pony after about an 8 year span since the last time. No reason we why had not been back so I booked reservations after hearing someone talk about it. Too bad we waited so long! Everything was good..decor, service, and food. The only reason I am not giving a 5 for food... More

Ordered the brisket sandwich which was the worst sandwich I've had in a year livIng in the US. Stale tasting beef on a soft hoagie roll with tasteless cheese and some mushrooms. Very disappointed, served with over salted French fries which came from a packet. Server was lovely. Service was fast. Nice decor.

We sat outside and enjoyed the urban atmosphere. The service was good and the food was really good! Lots of menu choices with good variety.

We had not dined at One Trick Pony for some time so when a Travel Zoo offer was available we decided to take advantage of it. The offer included 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 2 deserts. We arrived for our reservation at 6:00 pm right on time. They were somewhat disorganized at the checkin station but we were eventually seated.... More

The food and atmosphere were both excellent, as was the service. They have entertainment sometimes but not when we were there. I had ribs and there was a VERY spicy sauce on it I wish they had warned me about...but very good indeed. A little pricey for us out-of-towners but very enjoyable. Good selection of beer and wine.
