If you are looking for a place where you can find something really good, but not the usual GR fare, this is the place to go. The food has lots of unique flavor, the presentations are great and the service is excellent! Try the quail appetizer and the smelt - both are great! The jumbelaya was fantastic! Lots of flavor.... We visited for the first time and thought the food and selection was great. We ordered the "Taste of Grove" which is 3 choices; one from the first, second and third course. The Jambalaya and Peanut Braised Beef were both good but the Braised Pork Belly Taco was the best I have had anywhere. Even my wife who doesn't like... More

Very creative menu, excellent blending of flavors. Always careful to enhance, not overpower, the taste of the food. You won't find better in very many restaurants no matter how well traveled you are.

We visited recently and decided to just do their versions of small plates. In reconstruction overdone such as the scallop ceviche had one scallop. The seared ahi had 5 small matchbook size slices of tuna.. Good flavor, very small servings..oh yes, I forgot that my bourbon on rocks was 14 bucks....

We celebrated our anniversary here yesterday evening and the restaurant, the staff and the food were fantastic. We don't remember the last restaurant meal we had that was as good. On the online reservation we were asked if it was a special occasion and we wrote that it was our anniversary, and when we arrived we were wished a Happy... More

Really. Good. Food. Nothing more nothing less. Go there you'll love it. I promise. I wasn't sure because I love another place & it's hard for me to leave my go to when I'm in GR for something newish. I'm glad I did. It's just flat out good. That's all.

This restaurant has it all. It has a wonderful ambience, great folks working here as servers that are food knowledgeable, and excellent chefs working off of a great menu. Everything we had in our three course meal was tasty, and done to perfection. The seafood stew was great especially because it was fresh and hot!

There are a number of good choices to make in this neighborhood, you almost cannot be wrong! Grove is an excellent example of the fine food available on this street. The three course menu is a reasonable price and you can mix the items from courses one and two. The farm to table approach is illustrated by their recent conversion... More

I am so happy with Grove. With my allergies, it is hard to eat comfortably most places. Grove keeps a list of my allergies on file and lets me order anything I would like and lets me know how they need to alter it for me to have it. This is the best set up I have ever experienced at... More

The portions on the tasting menu ($35 for three courses) are small. But, that is the point of a prix fix menu. The prices aren't modest. But, farm to table isn't the cheapest way to prepare food. The atmosphere is loud. However, that is what happens in a small space that is very popular. The food is exceptional. Truly. We... More
