Been there three times now when on business in GR, and found it a very pleasant atmosphere, conveniently located to downtown business and stadium. Service has always been friendly and welcoming. Food is not superb, but very good for the type place it is, and reasonably priced. Had burgers twice and pizza once - both times, the choices (buid your... More

Went to this restaurant after a show at the arena. I was expecting a hip cool city restaurant atmosphere. The microbrews and pizzas were good but the blaring country music made you feel like you were not in downtown GR. Mext time or will be Founders, Hop Cat or Puramid acheme for me. I asked about a chane of music... More

Met my husband & sister-in-law for dinner before a concert @ VanAndel. The happy hour menu was enough for us. Added an order of Steak fries and drinks & we were set. Everything was very good. Fries could have been a little fresher but still tasty.

We were attending the Black Keys Concert at the Van Andel Arena and wanted to have dinner close to the arena. It was a perfect evening for March and we heard live music on the patio at the 25 Kitchen and Bar. The restaurant/bar is a beatiful modern building with a large patio directly across the street from the Arena.... More

Catching dinner before a Laugh Fest venue went here for the first time with hubby and son and his girlfriend. We we greeted by a charming young hostess and joined our son who was already seated. First thing I noticed is how horribly dirty the windows were. The waitress was pleasant and took our drink orders immediately. First clue should... More

My hubby and I came here and took our son, daughter and her fiancee. They had given us a gift certificate for X-mas to this place, and we wanted to use it while we were there visiting her. My daughter made reservations, and I heard her several times say that reservations on a Sat in downtown G.R. are a must,... More

The new marketing trick has been to be “local”. Kitchen 25 does do this, but “local” does not mean good. We recently visited and found the appetizers to be the standard Applebee’s fare – Artichoke dip, etc, and the entrée’s to be underwhelming. With the party of 4, we tried much of the new menu and were disappointed. More surprisingly... More

Whenever I am in town visiting family & friends I make sure to make a trip to 25 k&b. I've never ate the same thing twice and I have never ate anything there that wasn't fantastic. The food is creative and flavorful and prices are reasonable. This is definitely one of my top restaurants in Grand Rapids.

My wife and I ate at 25 Kitchen 2-3 years ago and had a good experience. Since we had not been there in quite a while, we decided to return again - this time with our two daughters. We started with "Chicken Drummies" for an appetizer. We received six Buffalo Wings for $7. They were okay but not as good... More
