Detoured off the highway to have a late brunch whilst on a road trip with friends. We had to wait, but were seated well within the 15 to 20 minutes we'd been advised. Our waitress was wonderful but the entire kitchen staff (open kitchen style place) disappeared for about 5 minutes soon after we ordered. Not sure if that was... More

Stopped in for a quick lunch and tried their sandwich special for the day: grilled salmon with bacon, fresh tomatoes and cole slaw. From the first bite it was easily the most delicious fish sandwich I have had anywhere for years. And I eat a lot of fish sandwiches in Florida, St. Maarten, etc. Never a bad meal here.

Lil' Pickle Tickle - not quite sure what I was expecting, but cheese/pickle/lettuce with some sort of dressing (not mayo) was quite delicious Mac n' Cheese - Excellent! Great experience overall and the price is just right.

Owner Corey Demint and Chef Patrick Conway has created a gem it Uptown Grand Rapids. The decor is African wildlife, very inviting. The food is fresh and local. The menu is unique and quite a value for your money. Shelly, our server, selected an excellent sandwich with real.sweet potato fries with rosemary - best I have ever had. My wife... More

Despite giving a three star rating, I'd give Electric Cheetah another chance on a return visit to Grand Rapids. It's a cool space and the menu had a lot of interesting looking items. But I thought what I actually had for lunch on my one visit was, for the most part, ordinary. The good: The whitefish small plate is a)... More

Went here again with my family, I was finally able to take my mom here, the last couple times she has visited we were not able to make it. Even my picky nana was able to find something yummy to eat. My Dad even tried the mac n' cheese dish which surprised me and he seemed to enjoy it. I... More

As a group, we shared several different menu items. The range on the menu was vast and the final selections hard to make. Portions were just about perfect for lunch - no take-homes but no room for dessert. All of the choices were delicious and some were entertaining! The yahtzee sandwich comes with a chance to have it free. If... More

I had a salad, which was really good! My boyfriend had their special which he loved and my kids split one of their Macaroni and Cheese dishes, which they finished and loved! We also tried the sweet potato fries that are seasoned with rosemary and come with several dipping sauce options. Yum. They have tons of different types of root... More

This was our first visit and it was fun reading the unique options on the menu. So many choices and so hard to choose. Our waiter was delightful and helped us decide. We started with appetizers of smoked whitefish spread which was yummy and had plenty of cayenne pepper in it. The other appetizer was Hot Goat Blast and was... More

We truely all enjoyed our meals. There was no to-go containers used. Great flavors and portions. Unique combinations. You must come down and try it for yourself.
