Very good Mexican cuisine

Stopped here for a late lunch. It was the second time I've dined at this restaurant. The menu offered numerous lunch specials for about $6.00. Service was excellent; food came very quickly. Tres Lobos is a very good place to enjoy lunch or dinner.

WOW! what a place! I am from Miami and was in town visiting and didnt know what to expect. Let me tell you we went twice while in town! Guacamole is homemade is very good and the queso cheese sauce is one of the best I have had. Our waiter recommended the burrito and to get the chicken and steak... More

Why is this place still around? The ambiance is straight out of a David Lynch film. You half expect the staff to play the part. Overall, a creepy establishment with unnaturally bad Mexican food.

The owner is a relative of little Mexico cafe. He used to manage it but then conflict between the owner and him made tres lobos happen but his revenue is only Friday and Saturday from the bar. He also sells alcohol to minors. There's plenty of face book pix to prove it. Food is same as little Mexico both are... More

Excellent authentic Mexican food. Quality prompt service at reasonable prices. Went there for dinner and our food was at our table within a few minutes. Full service bar where my lovely wife was able to get a Margarita to her liking with premium tequila and not the "crappy" house tequila. Chips with salsa were brought in as we arrived at... More

Wow! I knew we were in Michigan, but I didn't think the Mexican food would be this terrible. My enchilada suiza was smothered in an aqua-green sauce. No tomatillos in that stuff. In fact, all of the sauces I tasted were pretty much interchangeable except for the color. Bland and greasy but comic-book colorful. Seriously, I think there was kryptonite... More

The food at Tres Lobos is fine but nothing special and the service leaves a lot to be desired (the person at the cash register barely noticed I was there when paid my bill). If I really need to have Mexican food I may go back, but maybe not.

Excellent food, good chips & salsa to start the meal. Great lunch combo prices from 11am to 4pm for around $6.00 and under. Extremely fast service. What some may consider a nice tucked away hole in the wall! Authentic and very good tasting!

I LOVE Tres Lobos GR. We eat there once a week. The service is unbelievably fast. It has never taken longer than ten minutes to get my meal. The food is really good, particularly if you don't get the typical entrees (ie burritos, enchiladas, etc.). Anything with chorizo is great and their shrimp is fantastic. I highly suggest the Pollo...
