I've been to RFC many, many times and never left unhappy. The pancakes, the scrambles, the cinnamon roll, the waffles, the omelettes...all delicious. Take a peanut butter bar to go -- rich and tasty.

Fast service. Great Breakfast. I had one of their specials--a breakfast bowl. Suburb! Served hot and fresh, hash browns, eggs, and cheese, side of toast and small side of fruit included.

No doubt you will wait to get into this joint, but have a little patience. It's totally worth it. The enormous plate portions will undoubtedly stuff you, or give you something delicious to eat later. The hash and omelets are amazing. So are their pancakes (blueberry!).

This place has amazing breakfasts. It can get a quite busy and the seating capacity is not very good. But I highly recommend it because the food is it worth it!

We stop here about every other month for breakfast and it can't be beat! Large portions so depending on what you order you may be taking part of it home. There is nothing on the menu you won't love.

The Real Food Café (this review is of the one on Northland) is a busy, yet friendly, stop for good--and varied--breakfast choices. My "Capicola Scramble" was particularly good--a mix of Capicola, spinach, roasted red peppers, potatoes and provolone melded nicely with scrambled eggs. Be prepared to wait a bit...we were there on a Sunday morning around 930. But the restaurant... More

Just love this place. It's the best we've ever tried. Food and coffee are always good and hot. Nice cozy, and friendly atmosphere too.

I visit this place when I travel to Grand Rapids, about every six months. I was there for breakfast today and was not disappointed. Huge portions, proper cooking and friendly, attentive service. Perfect for what it is.

I frequent this restaurant often with my husband, family and friends. The food is almost excellent everytime, however, there are a few waitresses who really need to learn to smile, and be a little friendlier.........come on, really??

My boyfriend and I headed to the RFC on a Sunday before a visit to Robinnettes. For Sunday brunch time, our wait wasn't too long and I love the greasy diner vibe so we were pretty excited to try the food.. Our server was good and she kept the coffee flowing but I was really disappointing in my food. I... More
