This is one of the few places that you can go & get a water view in Grand Haven. Food is OK, but nothing to brag about. We had nachos (bland) and turkey ruben and didn't finish either. Wait staff is nice & helpful---ours even went outside to stop some kids from walking on the ice flows, which was a... More

Snug Harbor is my favorite restaurant in Grand Haven. You can sit on the deck or inside. It is fun to watch people on the boardwalk and boats on the Grand River. There is a good variety of food on the menu. My favorite is the clam chowder.

Snug Harbor is a great place to gather and enjoy good food inside or out, in the summer. Indoor eating in the colder months downstairs is cozy and very inviting. I like to take business visitors there for the view and nice lunch. The blackened tuna sandwich with green beans and without the bun is great for dieters. ENJOY!

Great service, reasonable pricing. The lamb was excellent and cooked to perfection as was the scallops. The sides with the lamb were plentiful and delicious, however, the sides with the scallops were practically non-existent and amounted to 4 small leaves of greens and a teaspoon of sauce. We did the sushi appetizer that was very good. It was a special... More

We recently had lunch at Snug Harbor, based on the Tripadvisor reviews, and we were not disappointed. I had the halibut sandwich, while my wife had the grilled chicken sandwich (both came with kettle chips). The sandwiches were very good -- not outstanding, but very tasty. We each had a glass of wine; the wine list is decent, the pours... More

Had a late Sunday lunch on a cold windy day. Great view. Great food. Serving staff could be a little more friendly and classy but overall a good experience. The Parmesan crusted sandwich was delicious.

This was my first trip to this restaurant and will definitely return. Perfect view of the water and sunset. Had a late dinner here and to my surprise the menu included Sushi which I had and land fare for my friend. Our service was excellent and the atmosphere (Sirius Coffee House was on in the background) added such a pleasant... More

We went to Snug Harbor for lunch on a recent trip to GH. The service was good and so was the food. I had a Portobello mushroom burger and my husband had a regular hamburger. They have a nice outside deck to have drinks at during the summer that overlooks the water.

We were pleasantly surprised by this great restaurant. Right on the river with great views. The good was excellent. We chose two seafood pasta entrees. Great!!! Desert was a salted caramel bite of heaven. Very large portions. Prices were right at expectations. The seafood penne was loaded with lobster, crab, shrimp and more. Definitely return.
