One of the only places open, turned out to be a great choice

After skiing at Boyne Mountain and getting back late to our hotel in Gaylord on cold snowy Monday night (MLK weekend), La Señorita was one of the few restaurants that was open. After a long day on the road, the food and the margaritas hit the spot! We were seated quickly the wait staff was very helpful in making suggestions and brought our beverages out along with the chips and salsa right on time. We enjoyed the food and the service. We would recommend the restaurant to all who enjoy something besides... More

I have eaten here a couple of times and I was not at all impressed. Food is not like authentic mexican fare and tastes like it comes from a jar/can. I had chiles releno and was extremely dissatisfied. Instead of being filled with cheese, it was full of batter. I will not eat at this establishment again.

We were looking for some place quick besides a fast food place. Good choice on our part. Our server Matt was quick and attentive. The appetizer platter was huge and very good. You could tell the place is busy, restrooms needed attention and floor were dirty. We were there shortly after the dinner rush ended, I'm sure. Food was served... More

Every restaurant we looked at was closed because it was a Sunday at 6:30. We decided to try Le Señorita were surprised. The table side guacamole was very good, the fajitas were great and the staff was quick and attentive. If I'm ever in Gaylord, Michigan again I would return.

The restaurant food was very good. I had a "wet burrito" and my wife had enchiladas (cheese and onion). Both were delicious. The burrito had a rich tangy sauce that was very authentic Mexican. We enjoyed our meal, and the service was good. We also had a large basket of tortilla chips and two dipping sauces that were delicious.

Great margaritas and good food. Salsa could be a little better. Must try the Mexican Firecrackers. They are the bomb. Wet burrito was good as well.

Went with a small group of 10 for diner, restaurant was not busy at all (slow time of Year). The service was beyond bad, very slow, little attention to detail, took over 20 min. to get drinks and take orders. The food was unacceptable, Taking well over an hour to receive, some of the group on time schedule had to... More

We went here figuring there are always gluten free options at a Mexican restaurant. Unfortunately they make it pretty difficult. They have a gluten sensitive menu. However the fact that their tortilla chips are made from flour tortillas and their refried beans are somehow tainted, means the options were quite few. I was disappointed.

We make it a point to always stop for a meal at La Senorita's. It is a very cute and clean restaurant with very tasty food. Good service and friendly people.
