Chose to have lunch here after son's basketball game on a Saturday. 2 menu inserts with items found on main menu - what's the difference? No lunch time prices ( we arrived shortly after 12 noon). We were served delicious bread bites/cheese muffin/biscuits. Very tiny and then 4 for the three of us. Seemed like a long wait for burgers... More

Compared to Applebee's, their to-go service is very poor. RT makes you walk in and go to bar, then walk back to car, a little less expensive since no tip is needed. Very inconvenient for an elderly person who has a bad ankle though, this is where Applebee's excels. Excellent food and greater variety than their competitors.

The restaurant is clean and pleasant, the service is very good. The meals are also good but inconsistent. The salad bar is very good and argumentatively the best around.

We visit Boyne Mountain frequently and whenever we arrive in Gaylord off I75 this is where we like to stop and eat! Started with an appetizer of tempura green beans (awesome), and wanted to try their new cuban sandwich (not available that day). Had the portabella burger and it was very good! Mother in law had chicken and broccoli pasta... More

Went today with my husband and grown son. Our waitress was pleasant and took good car of us. Our food was just okay. Nothing special about this visit. Ruby Tuesday has become so inconsistent over the years. It's too bad really, I used to really like them.

My daughter is a vegetarian & suggested this chain. The salad bar had many toppings for multiple versions of healthy greens. There was also a broccoli salad that was very tasty.

We were a group of five and needed 3 gluten free meals, our waitress brought the gluten frees menus. When asked about the differences in why some have cheese and others was without (processed has gluten) she said that they use grated on some of their dishes. When asked if they could substitute the processed for shredded she stated that... More

I have been to this restaurant several times with my family. Each time the service has been extremely friendly and polite. However the food is just average. My most recent trip yesterday for lunch I ordered the petite sirloin and it was not very tasty. Their salad bar is always well-stocked and a good option. My personal favorite item is... More

We go here often...really like the extensive salad bar and steaks. Never have been disappointed on the quality of their meat entrees, also like the shrimp....especially the jumbo grilled shrimp .Everything is super fresh. The deserts are spectacular but you should share them, because they are so large.
