Quick. Stop

We missed lunch on the road and was drawn to the unique building so decided to go in for a quick snack. Service was great (very attentive...although we WERE almost the only ones in there at that time of day.) and we enjoyed the ambiance. I got the nachos and husband got the chili. Tried Monte Cristo sandwich. Mistake--fryer oil wasn't the only reason it was distasteful. The sandwich was minimized and had the appearance of being prepared by a George Foreman type sandwich maker. We both ordered soup but only received one bowl. Had to Ask for my soup-- was told "oh yeah" it was coming. Asked for mustard for the burger, waited... More

I think many people who visit Big Buck will be tempted to write it off as a craft brewery channeling its inner deer hunter. That is true, but they go beyond the antler excess. Their beer, and food, are actually above average. Wings are one of those brewpub staples I make a point to try. Theirs were delicious. The beers... More

We walked in hesitantly to a dark restaurant 20 minutes after open. After asking "Are you even open right now?" to no one at a greeter stand, we were assured by a kid in sweats with a hood on and his ear buds in that they were in fact open. He led us to a table in the completely dark... More

Very quiet. Good food, prompt service. Between seasons so place was empty in midweek. Worth coming back again!

We hit this place at least once per trip when we are in town on a snowmobile trip. The locally brewed beer is great and have always had a good meal here.

Walking in to the BigBuck is an experiene itself.. the rustic decor is truly one of a kind. Welcoming staff to take care of you in a professional manner. The beer samples are delicious and easy to request. Their steak is outstanding but we enjoy the burgers just as well. Don't miss out when you visit Gaylord

For being a steak house there are not very many choice cuts of meat and the drinks are super over priced. There are no steakhouses in the area and the place used to be amazing and I know why the parking lot is always empty.

The food is reasonably priced and delicious. Great selection of beers, made on site. They have TV screens close by many of the tables, for sporting events.
