Delicious menu

Great restaurant w/ outdoor seating. They offer a lot of fish dishes, but plenty of non fish items as well. Our group had a nice variety - halibut, pasta and chicken - and everyone walked away very pleased and full. Their bread and dipping oil is fantastic & the service was quick and very friendly.

We really lucked out this time. Just 'stumbled' across the Coho Café as we were driving around Frankfort looking for a place for dinner. It sounded good. It was...REALLY GOOD! Turned out it was their first night open for the Spring/Summer season. They have 'normal' inside dining and also an open air dining area [where we sat] that can be

My husband and I ate dinner here last night. After a terrible and expensive dinner at Cru the night before (see review), we actually wanted to eat at a less expensive restaurant in town. The restaurant we chose was very crowded and we were told we'd have a half hour wait at a minimum. Not wanting to wait outside on... More

I have been visiting Frankfort for over a decade, and the Coho Cafe has long been on my list of restaurants to try. But for one reason or another it's never been open when I've been in town. So this week when my partner and I were in the area I was elated to discover that, after YEARS of waiting,... More

We and another couple thought we would celebrate our anniversaries at somewhere new in the area. We thought we would try this place. It's not the restaurants fault, but that their menu was not something we were use to. One item being Emu stroganoff ( $21.00) other dinners were Duck, Rabbit Ragout and fish dishes. 3 of us went with... More

We like to eat lunch on the porch. They have some good dishes, and if I could I would rate it 3.5 instead of 3. For me, it doesn't rate a 4. We also have had better luck with their lunch than their dinner.

We ate here after day one of the fishing tournament. The menu is excellent for a small town serving Asian fusion. I had edamame, wontons and egg rolls for appetizers. All excellent. The sushi roll menu was surprisingly good for northern Michigan. I had the Tiger Maki roll and it was very good. Also the garlic strong beans. Very satisfying.... More

Food is top quality without reservation. But what sets them apart for us was their attenion to service. Folks at table reserved for us overstayed by a lot. Staff accomodatwd them but very quickly turned over first table alterative, apologized for delay and provided superior service. To have this happen in the height of the tourist season is rare. Evening... More

From the name and the exterior, I thought it's just another typical cafe. I was so wrong. It's an amazing place. Great atmosphere, great staff, GREAT food! I had the Halibut and the only time I ever tasted Halibut that even came close was in Alaska. Can't wait to return!
