The waiter, Tom, was entertaining and patient with the group of ladies. The lunch size chicken dinner was more than enough and was tasty. I especially enjoyed the (coleslaw) they called it some kind of cabbage. Good value for the price.

This place is huge! So many different dining rooms I can't imagine ever having to wait in line to be seated. We sat at a large round table with almost 10 people and didn't wait super long for our food. If you get the all you can eat (even if just one or two people order it) they bring enough... More

I came in here expecting something amazing. I thought it must be good because it was packed with people and supposedly world famous chicken, but reality is the food is awful. . We had the All you can eat at $20 a person. And the waiter was upset that we asked for more when she only brought one plate of... More

Went with my sister and two small children . Very accommodating to families. I got the crab cakes, I wasn't in the mood for chicken, and they were outstanding! The coleslaw and bread were very good. My sister got the chicken as did the kids, it was delicious. Portions were large and tasty. I will be back.

We'd planned to visit the downstairs for a lighter lunch, but opted for the full dining experience, with the family-style chicken dinner. Yes, we've done this before, and yes, the taste buds were predictably satisfied, and yes, we hope to do this again! The flavor of the home-cooking just cannot be duplicated, especially with the chicken.

We had the family style chicken dinner. I had high hopes for this meal as family had really talked it up. Unfortunately none of us enjoyed it. The soup was okay, but nothing exciting. It tasted like any other chicken noodle soup. The garlic toast was greasy and hard and nobody was a fan of the pate. The famous chicken... More

We come twice a year usually, missed one this year. Had the typical chicken dinners this trip, and am never disappointed. Staff is always nice and friendly. We always come during the weeks to miss the long lines

Was it the best, no. Was it good, yes. The chicken was good but not the best ever. But we did feel like we were in a German establishment. The waiters and waitresses were busy but served us well. We ate and enjoyed watching all the people. It was fun.

Had dinner here with my boyfriend for his birthday. This has always been one of my favorite places to eat when I am in Frankenmuth. They are known for their chicken. Everything we had was wonderful. If you are going for Dinner on a weekend try to make a reservation so you know you can get a seat as they... More

Fast seating but severs not really present. We heard a lot about the famous chicken but it was dry and had no flavor. The best thing i had was there Smoked Honey BBQ seasoning. This is one place we will not be returning too. Prices were not bad.
