We loved everything about Frankenmuth, from the town to Bronners, beautiful place to go. We went on a Carriage ride through the city, and ate at the Bavarian Inn Brunch, which was delicious, and then enjoyed shopping at the RiverPlace shops. Our dinners at Oma's have been better, I think the chef was having an off night when we diner. Our breakfast (or mine more specifically, a special of crab cakes and eggs) was very good. good flavor, portions.

Stayed in the Bavarian Inn Lodge and had breakfast downstairs at Oma's - the food was great but the service was 5 stars - the friendliest most attentive wait staff one could ask for. Highly recommended

I would say that Oma's is a good place to eat for family and friends because they always have room for more customers and that is peaceful and quiet there too. trust me, nobody wants to go to a restaurant that is packed and loud. the food at Oma's is tasty and give your mouth a savory spin for more... We were attracted to this restaurant because of the name. When we entered the restaurant (after noon) we were greeted by a hostess but there were no diners in the place. She couldn't find the lunch menu and sent a waiter to find them. When I suggested to the others in our group that perhaps we should try another restaurant,... More

We ate at Oma's because it is attached to the Bavarian Inn Lodge. We ate dinner there our first night and felt the food was overpriced for what we got--we were underwhelmed. However, breakfast the next two mornings was fantastic and well worth the price.

Dear obx4ever Thank you for you nice comments about breakfast in Oma's and the good value for the price. May I suggest the Ratskeller in our Family Fun Center area for a better priced dinner option when you return to the Lodge. Thank you for your visit and please say hello when you return. The waitresses are very friendly and helpful, and the food wonderful. Breakfast can be an experience in itself. I recommend the Eggs Benedict. Its better than any I have ever had. Try it!

Good Day Jim B What nice things you have to say about our friendly and helpful wait staff. It is a pleasure to serve our Canadian neighbors. I too love our Eggs Benedict and am delighted you found them better than others you have tried. Please come again and visit Oma's and say hello. Imelda Leix General Manager More

Late in the evening line wait was about 20 minutes. Ehen the manger overheard our party saying how hungry we were, he asked if we would like to squeeze into a booth rather than wait for a table for five. The booth fit us, and we enjoyed a promptly served dinner, dessert and drinks. Kudos to your staff!

Dear Raymond L Thank you for sharing your kind comments about the Manager who helped get your party seated and taken care of so promptly. You mentioned a name and I am thinking this may have been Evan one of our Lead Bartenders. I will make sure he knows how you appreciated his initiative. Sincerely Imelda Leix General Manager More
