They served shredded roast beef when the menu clearly says oven roasted. The waitress Dee was slow and very sloppy when bringing our food. The food sat in the window while she waited on a table of 30 she said. Needless to say she says " I don't cook the food".

Grandma's used to be a regular stop with good food, big portions, and kind of rustic decor inside. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I had a chance to revisit after a few years, and enjoyed it again. Nothing fancy at all, just good food, and service.

I'd been told it was a great place for breakfast but found it to be lacking. I ordered a basic breakfast (eggs, sausage, potato, toast) yet it took about 30 minutes to arrive and cold. The place was not that busy and appeared to have plenty of staff but our server was always somewhere else. Probably won't bother going back.

Not a big Chain like Cracker Barrel or Bob Evans, Grandma's Recipes is a "mom and Pop" restaurant that serves good comfort food at reasonable prices. The portions are huge. Most dinners come with lots of sides. If you've ever eaten at a "meat and three" type restaurant down south (like Tennessee), you will like this place. The interior is... More

They make the most awesome banana cream pie! As a matter of fact I get it for party's and pot luck dinners and it's always a hit. I'd recommend sitting in or take out, either way their food is delicious.

Grandma's Recipes Restaurant is a diamond in the rough. After reading some of the reviews already posted, the main complaint I seen was time and how slow it seemed to be. Please keep in mind that the food is cooked when ordered. When you order chicken it takes a while to cook, even when you are cooking at home. I... More

If you don't want to cook, but you want home cooked food, this is the place to go. The prices and food is so good this place gets busy. Don't be shy if asked to share a table with strangers, the hospitality is down home comfort. Wither you want to eat from the garden (salads,) the coop (chicken,) the pond... More

Great & fast service. Atmosphere is not the greatest however the food was great and the price is so right. I stopped in for lunch and had a club sandwich and bowl of stuffed cabbage soup. The soup was out of this world as my co-workers had said it would be. I am a little upset at my co-workers for... More
