Not sure what they did different until I read a few reviews. The meat is different. We used to go out of our way to get an olive burger supreme. Stopped in this month while coming through Flint and could not figure out what they changed. Just not the same. We will pass it up next time for a Flint... More

Was my favorite place for a burger, not anymore. Since you change where you get the meat. Bad choice, just to save a buck. That's why people when there for years, was for the taste then you change it. A lot of people complaining you change the where you get the meat. Billy R

It's got great food, of course. Love Halo Burger. The reason for the average rating is because of the location. It's hard to find parking, the drive thru is hard to manage. And it seems there is always a man soliciting for money directly in front of the door to get into the restaurant.

Best fast food burger in Flint. Every so often I just have to stop in for a Supreme Deluxe with olives. Their fries are also the best in Flint and it's the only fast food place you will find a Boston Cooler or a Cream Ale. If you have never been to Halo Burger, you have to try it. If... More

Recently visited Halo Burger again, since my last review. I had complained about poorer quality of the food since the established changed ownership. It looks like they are now using better buns for their burgers, and are serving better french fries. Maybe they got the word.

That's the first question you'll have to answer, an original Olive Burger or an original Coney Dog! They are both pretty good, and as fast food is concerned they are better than just about everyone else. The restaurant is clean the service is fast and the food is a good value! If you are at the downtown location make sure... More

The Halo Burger chain has been under new ownership for the past couple of years. Changes have been made, and not necessarily for the better. The old staples (Cheeseburg Deluxe with Olives, etc.) are still available, along with new offerings that cycle from time to time, but the former quality doesn't seem to be there. Ditto with the french fries.... More

Their olive hamburgers are very delicious. The rest of their food, chicken sandwiches, cheeseburgers, fries, etc., are what you expect from a fast food place.
