Sunday quick stop

We have visited Telly's Coney Island in the past and a few Sundays ago stopped by there for a quick late lunch. We did not have a lot of time and knew we could get a decent meal quickly. Both of us ordered the kabobs and they were fantastic. As frequent guests in Greektown Detroit we were amazed at... read more

Stopped here for breakfast this morning, on the way to Detroit. My wife and I each had the bacon and cheese omelet. The toast was great. The omelet and the potatoes were both dry and very much overcooked. Have had breakfast here before, and it was much better. The server was good; attentive, friendly, and efficient.

We stopped in on this place on Miller road in Flint. We had chicken parm and veal parm. both were very good and special orders were fine with them. The food was very good and the price was very good. The breakfast specials looked like something to look forward to although the menu says that it is available all day.... More

We stopped by Telly's for Coneys on our way to the Flint airport. The flavor of the Detroit style coneys was great, but there was not enough chili sauce on them. The pita sandwiches, fries, and onion rings were all tasty. Service was very good and friendly. I would recommend Telly's, but ask for extra sauce on the Detroit style... More

I am a proud customer of Telly's Coney Island! My family and I come in all the time to eat. The food is excellent as always and the staff are friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable, I recommend this restaurant to everyone. If you haven't been there you definitely need to stop in and try it out. VERY GOOD!!!!!

I travel all over the country and was just in Flint MI for the day. I asked the hotel clerk for a nearby, good place to eat. She said to go to Telly's and I'm glad I did. They had a gigantic (and I only ordered the medium size), old-fashioned Chef Salad that is really hard to find anywhere these... More

That turned me completely off to that resturant I could understand if it was a price difference but its the exact same price... Then my family had burnt... More

My husband and I stopped at Telly's for dinner last night. Big mistake. He ordered fish & chips, substituting the mash pototatoes for the fries. They tasted like glue or maybe paste would be a better description. I tried them too, worst I've ever tasted also. Expected instant from a coney island restaurant but these were AWFUL! I had their... Stopped for a bite to eat with my family on Black Friday. The service our waitress provided was very Terrible! She was obviously in a rush. Our checks were dropped when we were 3/4 of the way through our meal!? The waitress made FREQUENT trips to our table, none of them were to refill water or coffee. I noticed that... More
