Interesting and enjoyable place. Great, unique food. A very small place, with limited seating, so expect a wait. But the wait is worth it. The green eggs and ham were excellent, as were the homemade hot sauces. Worth a trip if you are in the area.

Fortunately, my daughter and I noticed the large portions so decided to share an order. We had an omelette but not your typical kind of omelette - this was a stuffed omelette so really just a shell of an omelette (vs a way too big 3 egg full blown omelette) over the fillings - it was perfect! Very interesting idea.... More

I stopped in to try this place out. I saw it on one of food shows I watch. I ordered the BLAT or Bacon lettuce avocado tomato. It was ok but is there something else that I should have ordered?

Had the "boring breakfast" as they called it but it was anything but boring. Two over easy eggs cooked perfectly, incredibly seasoned breakfast potatoes and great bacon. It is worth the inevitable wait but they get you in and on the way quickly. It is a colorful clientele and service staff.

I had a terrific salmon burger at the Fly Trap on the recommendation of a friend. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. It is crowded and hard to get a table but worth the wait. I've only been there once but have been trying to get my mom to go with me for the salmon burger. I think she'd love... More

Every time I visit Detroit, I go in for the Pho! The service is always good no matter how busy and the food is always great!

Been meaning to go here for years, and did just that today! What a shame it took so long. Past stops were avoided due to the waiting line, now we know why there was always a line. My wife had the "Ensalada De Basura", and what a meal it was! I had the "BLAT+C" omelette, excellent! Make sure to ask... More

Two for breakfast around 10 am on a Friday. Had heard about the place, so we stopped. Small setting and had to wait for about ten minutes for a booth. They have counter seating as well. Eclectic group of people from students to seniors. Some appeared to be regulars. I had the Cowboy Kurtis (steak and eggs, with garlic hash... More

I went to the FT on an early Tuesday afternoon. The Ferndale self parking meters are a little strange but not an issue. We didn't have to wait in line and had a great experience. The facility is quite small and the menu selections are varied. Hard to decide what to choose. The servers were all very sweet and seemed... More

Great food and pretty quick service. If you are not STARVING - Share a meal, the portions are OUT OF CONTROL, unless you are a lumberjack you can share a meal!
