Somewhat like the Old Days!

I used to eat Halo burgers while growing up in the area so I looked forward to having them once again as well as Flint's coney. The coneys were excellent, and the Halo burger was good, but not as good ads I remember it being.

I worked here years ago when they were at their other location and loved the food. I decided to give them a try and ordered a junior burger and it was $2.50 plus extra for olives. I waited probably 7-8 minutes in line behind only 2 other cars. The burger I got was not as I remembered. It was all... More

I have tried this on several occasions and once in a while it's ok, but I've taken their product home (less than 1.5 miles) to find everyone's dinner to be cold. They charge too much for too little.

If it's a good hamburger you want then Halo Berger is for you. It's been around in the area for many many years. Some 'older' people may remember it as "Kewpies'"

If you go to kroger and buy a frozen hamager with the bun and cheese. It taste the same. Halo is expensive. All the food reminds me of frozen food. Taste,Look,Feel. Not a really good place to eat at for value.

Only fast food burger joint where you can get mushrooms and olives on your burger. Prices are reasonable and the food tastes better than the national chains

Halo Burger used to be quality and you could always count on a decent fast food meal. The new owners took over a few years ago and it just hasn't been the same taste. If you have to choose between mcdonalds or Halo Burger, choose halo burger for sure. The Turkey burger and tater tots are a nice changeup.

Decided to try them out while working in the area. Especially when I had seen they have a mushroom Swiss burger for a short time, I was sold then. Had two of the 1/4 lb. burgers and a large fry for $8 and change, oh I had a free water with it. Pretty good prices, wish they had one in... More
