I stopped at this restaurant with my husband for lunch. The margaritas were a mix not fresh and the food was bland. The ground beef was not seasoned at all. Basically a dead cow ground up and pan fried. Never again. Fast Food would have been better

Good Mexican food that looks like it's being cooked by members of the family. Service was also good. Now that they have an outdoor seating area, they can hold more people in the summer. Give it a try.

Great food, great prices, you can tell they really try hard to please. This has to be one of the best places in Tawas. Never had a bad meal yet. Highly recommended.

This is authentic Mexican food, and there is a huge menu. We have tried many things and not been disappointed. Everything is made from scratch. The pork dishes are great, especially the Guisade de Puerco, cooked in their homemade green sauce. It has so many layers of interesting flavor. Service is so fast, and friendly. Don't expect Taco Bell -... More

I've eaten here at least six times. Every one gets fresh salsa and chips....nice. Early on, the meals were larger and seemed more flavorful. I've noticed the portions seemed smaller and less flavorful lately. I'll give them another try and update you on this visit. If they don't improve....Adios Amigos

Pretty typical of your Michigan Mexican food resturant. Nothing really original here. Food was good, but not outstanding. Service was ok. Beer was nice and cold :-)

Tex Mex it is. Nacho chips and salsa served to all....nice, crisp with just a hint of sweetness. Big menu. We have eaten here four or five times and so far my fav is the beef enchiladas. A little different as the corn meal comes spooned on the plate not wrapped around the beef. It came with seasoned rice and... More

Average food, for my liking it was a tad mild. I had the Chili Verde which was quite mild for my taste and my wife had a cheese tortilla which was very mild. Both dishes seemed toned down for Mexican food.
