Good Sandwiches

So after that first visit in the fall, I've returned twice. Both times I ordered the French Dip because frankly, it is one of the best roast beef sandwiches I have ever had. I'll try to mix it up on my next trip, but it is seriously so good. It's also huge so I get two meals out of it.... read more

Enjoyed a wonderful evening with the family at Jimmy's Pub. Great selection of beer and a a very nice variety on their menu. Also a very friendly but over stretched wait staff. We will go back.

We used to always go to Jimmy's when we couldn't decide where to go, when we needed comfort food. We have gone there for years. We ate there several times the past month.. Service was fine, but not great. The main issues was the food. We had the wet burritos on two occasions. Both times there was lettuce inside and... More

Food was pretty good, appetizers way overpriced. Service was poor! Waitress super sweet but slow! Food served with no silverware on table, ordered no lemon on salmon, got lemon Anyways. She did offer to make me new one but I declined as everyone else would be done before mine came out again. She did take off bill and gave us... More

I ended up here because of Lou & Harry's being closed... The set up in here is really different, but interesting. There is a mobster feel and when you see all of the paraphenalia in memory of the times, it somewhat solves the mystery. It has great space options depending on who you are dining with. There was one thing... More

Thank you for the kind words on both the food and service. In response to your KKK reference, our chalkboard displays a Hamburger and French Fries in the bottom right corner. I believe your party of guests mistakenly took the drawing of the French Fries for something other than French Fries. We take great pride in our facility and continually... More

Jimmy's is a great place. From the minute walked in we felt like we belonged there. Jim the owner came over and asked how we were and thanked us for coming in. Good beer and great food. If you haven't been to Jimmy's you are missing out.

We have eaten here many times and always try something new. We have never been disappointed. Highly recommend Jimmy's.

Jimmy's was a great place to meet and talk with students. Food was better than I expected and at an affordable price. I would definitely go back again when I'm in Lansing!

A while ago I started visiting Jimmie's pub when it was in a remodeled Bill Knapp's restaurant. It was warm and friendly and hard to beat for a relaxing pub atmosphere. The new pub is several years old by know but seems as warm and friendly as the old place. A little more upscale but still great food and atmosphere.... More

I went to Jimmy's with a group of six at about 8:00 PM. While everyone definitely enjoyed their meal (fish and chips, meat lover's pizza, hickory burger, and two wet burritos,) the waitress really brought the experience down. This restaurant was NOT crowded by any sense of the word, yet it took her a long time to just bring us... More
