Best Donuts in The World

I Loveeeeeeeeee Dutch Girl Donuts! These by far are fattening, but you won't be disappointed! Be careful not to eat too many. You'll pack on the pounds before you can blink Lol! :-)

I grow up in Detroit, and every time I visit home, I must stop at Dutch girls donuts! Parking can be a little tricky, because it's on a Main Street, but people come and go quick... It's really worth the trip...

Good donuts. I really like the maple crullers and the old fashioned ones. My friend prefers the blueberry. The peanut ones are better than you might assume.

We stopped here on a whim driving by and weren't disappointed. The place was pretty full and smelled divine. We got a dozen for $8. They are super rich but ooooo so good.

I have recently discovered Dutch Girl Donuts - lived in Detroit all my life and I've never had a Dutch Girl Donut - too bad - lost of good times missed. Open 24 hours - Closed on Sundays. I go in the evening so sometimes I am between batches and my favorites are sold out - I love the Plain... More

You want hot donuts, that you saw them hand dip in the frosting? You want great service? You want great prices--as in half a dozen donuts and a large coffee for under $6. Then get to this place. And support the young man that is trying to keep a Motown Business going!!!

I've lived in Detroit all my life and I've never had a Dutch Girl Donut. I recently ran across an article in the local paper listing them as one of the top 5 doughnuts in the area. So they have been on my list to try. In addition to reading the article, a relative mentioned that this was a favorite... More

No matter the time of day or night i go, there's line of diverse patrons patiently waiting their turn =) The ladies are nice everytime I go. You HAVE to try... More

So I took the previous reviewers advice & tried all Detroit's best food. All were tasty but the doughnuts were amazingly good. We tried several but our favorite was the blueberry cake, apple filled & maple glazed. Dutch girl is located outside the city & family run since the 40's. All the locals know about this place & highly recommend.... More

Noting says Detroit like Faygo soda pop, Better Maid Potato Chips, a coney island hot dog AND Dutch Girl Donuts!
