We visited this restaurant on a rainy weekday and were surprised by the crowded parking lot and the 30-45 minute wait, but once inside we understood completely. Once seated the servers quickly took our order and brought our drinks and hot, fresh biscuits with 3 different kinds of fruit preserves. We barely got our biscuits buttered when our food started... So this looks like a little hole in the wall place but there's so much more waiting inside. First, there's the feather bowling. Feather bowling is a very fun game and apparently Cadieux Cafe is the ONLY dedicated feather bowling place in the entire country. Yeah, it's fun. They've got a full restaurant and bar attached to the father bowling.... More

Okay, I didn't eat here so I cannot comment on the food. The place is "gritty" at best…old, run down, leaky roof and all. However, the feather bowling is fun!!! And where else can you go feather bowling… it's a fun night if you're in the area!

Cadieux Cafe is a bit run down inside and smells from the mussels they cook, but if you stay longer than 15 minutes you get used to the smell and don't even notice it. Feather bowling is a blast, typical bar but the food is awesome--Belgium dip and mussels are excellent as well as their dirty martinis. Definitely a unique... More

OK, 100 beers and terrific steamed mussels. What is not to like???? Well, add feather bowling which is simply a very weird game with no real purpose! Want to have some fun with friends, head here!

Nice Belgian beer selection in a variety of prices. Grilled sandwiches are good. Mussels pretty good served in a choice of styles. Don't forget to reserve a featherbowling lane for after dinner. Solid bar with great service. Overall experience deserves a higher rating.

Great selection of beer both bottle and on tap, Food is not fancy but the mussels are plentiful, wish they were larger in size, I had Mussels with a side salad and FF---$19. The real treat is playing some feather Bowling. WE were here to celebrate a 65 year old birthday and had friends in age from 40-87. Everyone can... More

This is not a fancy restaurant, but has great character, friendly service, a great selection of beers, good live music most nights (occasionally karaoke), lots of mussels and the significant attraction of feather bowling (if you've never done it, go do it). If you want to bowl, reserve, because the reservations fill up regularly. I like taking visitors to Detroit... More

A friend of mine recommended this place, so on my latest trip to Michigan, my sisters and I decided to try it on a Monday, when they have all-you-can-eat Mussel Madness. It was a rainy, yucky night, and we walked into an empty restaurant. Thinking the worst (empty means bad, right?), we ordered our first round of mussels. Oh, be... More

If you've never been feather bowling, you've got to try it. They always have live music (my brother-in-law has played there quite frequently and they 'bar food' is better than the average. Great beer select!
