We arrived with a party of 12, offering to split into 6 and 6. After waiting for an hour with no one in front of us, and after complaining several times, we were seated in the back room at a table for 8 and 4 and not next to one another. The service was slow and the waitress was indifferent.... More

Usually stop in after work since I work across the street, but not anymore after my visit last night. Worst visit ever. Enough to stop me from coming back. First of all, I had priority seating set up for a group of 15, getting my confirmation the day before. I stopped in at lunchtime to ensure that there wouldn't be... More

My wife and I visited for dinner prior to a Red Wings game. The wait was long and very unnecessary. I observed two managers on duty and watched in disbelief as they sat back and were un-engaged with what was going on in their restaurant. We waited about 35 minutes for a table, then entire time we waited for a... More

Ronald, I apologize for the unnecessary wait you experienced when you visited, I will be looking into this issue but I would greatly appreciate it if you could give me a little more details on your visit. I agree that there should not have been any issues with seating and would like to convince you to give us another chance.... More

I went to the Hard Rock Cafe with my boyfriend, before a Red Wings Game at Joe Louis Arena, and may I say, what an awesome time we had. The Hard Rock Cafe was a bit smaller than I imagined it to be and smaller than other Hard Rock Cafes I have been too. They do have live shows on... More

Just like any other Hard Rock, this was the same. Decent food, but a bit overpriced. Our server was nice, but when we wanted to switch to a different table because ours was wobbly, he got weird and just stuck some cardboard under ours. Wasn't fond of that. This hard rock was also smaller, which was different. They had free... More

Wife and I have been to quite a few Hard Rocks and this one was pretty much like the rest except for the size, it's pretty small inside. In fact the only one we have been to that's smaller is the one on Cozumel. That beings said the staff was friendly, the beer cold and the food was excellent, however... More

My food was cold and service was beyond slow. I did not let the server now because it had already taken awhile. My husband liked his food however. Definitely overpriced!

The Hard Rock Cafe is located in the Compuware Building. Having lived in the area for many years, I was thrilled with the view of the lobby area. Highly recommend you sit in the courtyard to enjoy food and drink from the Hard Rock Cafe. No review would be complete without noting the excellent Bloody Mary and the friendly staff.

Love going to the cafés around the world. This is not the best, but it is our cafe. Stained glass is unique, objects are fun to look at. Staff is good. Food is okay.....

I don't often go to chain establishments as I prefer local bars and restaurants, but the Detroit Hard Rock keeps me coming back again and again and again. I come here for happy hour before Wings, Lions, or Tiger games. You can park at the Compuware lot, Hard Rock validates your ticket, and provides you a shuttle ride to the... More
