Best deserts in all of Metro Detroit

We stopped in here after having dinner across the street. Absolutely wonderful deserts and coffee. There are a few small tables where you can eat inside but you can also box up your goodies to take home.

When ventured into this pastry shop when we exited the adjacent Greektown casino. We were delighted by the multitude of pastry options (both Greek and non-Greek) as well as ice cream. There's a very small seating area available so most guests ordered their items to go.

I regretted we didn't live closer so I could sample more of their treats. Everything looked delicious. Between the four of us, we settled on an eclair (amazing) a chocolate muffin (also amazing) and 2 cinnamon rolls (one vote for amazing and one vote that said the bread part was "too flaky"). Definitely make a point to stop here on... More

It's a tradition for most when going to Greek Town to stop here. While everything looks amazing I've had better. We've been here multiple times and it's never worth the cost or wait time. There are way better places in Detroit and it's suburbs.

A sweet tooth's paradise. At first I couldn't decide which dessert to choose, as they all look delicious. Ended up with a mini key lime pie which was to die for. Don't miss this place if you like sweets.

Like a kid in a candy shop, lovely yummy desserts for all types of appetites. Aroma of delights permeate the area, go and enjoy the delicious desserts. Walking distance from casinos and other restaurants. Street parking might be a little difficult.

Astoria has an incredible selection of baked goods for any sweet tooth lover. The best news is that they are all fantastic. You can tell how good this place is by the often long lines. Be patient the line is worth it. If you are in Greektown you have to get here.

This is one of the best kept secrets in Detroit. This bakery has sweets that will compensate even the hard to please palette.
