Very Good Food. Great Atmosphere/ Location

Went to celebrate my birthday. It was my first time there. Beautiful spot by the riverside. There was a wedding going on outside -- apparently a favorite wedding spot. The food was very good -- very pricey, though.

This high-end place on the Detroit waterfront is a little hard to find, but once you see the 20-foot-long bronze rattlesnake handrails leading up to the place, you're there. Food is good, especially the perch, but pricey. For me, probably once in my lifetime (my child bride was seriously frightened by the snake railings).

Because of the cost, this restaurant is best visited when there is a special occasion. We went here on New year's Eve and enjoyed every minute. The wait staff is #1 , the drinks were great and the food terrific.

I think the Rattlesnake club it's more the best restaurants in Detroit. Every time I go there we have excellent service, top quality food and enjoyable conversations because the noise level is not through the roof. The waitstaff is extremely knowledgeable and polished. The menu was new to me this time and I really liked it. They had full dinners... More

Can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had last night. Food and service was outstanding. The Caesar salad was the best I have ever had. Perch, Lamb, and filet were all done just right with great flavor. This was our first visit but it won't be our last.

Very nice location in downtown Detroit on the Riverfront. The patio is lovely on a warm summer night. The view nice and a walk along the Riverfront after dinner is just perfect. Park directly across the street. $5 valet, $4 self. No time limit. The service was good. The menu very small and limited. They seem to cater to vegans... More

Trendy place with great views overlooking the Detroit River. Creative menu. Loved the perch and my wife loved the Rack of Lambs. Great winelist to accompany.

I recently went to the Rattlesnake Club for a dinner meeting. I hadn't been in several years. Everything was absolutely delicious. The appetizers we're great. The Caesar salad was delectable. My entrée was the Tumeric-scented chicken with risotto. It was great. For dessert we had white chocolate ravioli which I took home to my son. He enjoyed it as well.... More

I recently took my wife to the Rattlesnake Club for her birthday. We had heard about how nice the restaurant was but had never been. I made reservation a week in advance to ensure a table for two. We were seated at an elegant table with a full view of the Detroit River. Our server was very helpful in explaining... More
