We enjoyed this restaurant starting with the security guarded parking. The restaurant is neat inside. We started with flaming cheese which was not aflame as we thought, nor was it spicy (as the server explained where the name comes from). It was a fantastic cheese sauce that contained chorizo sausage. Everything we had was tasty. You can't go wrong here.

Seldom do I regret a decision to eat in MexicanTown. This was our first visit to Los Galanes and we will return. Facility - not all that appealing on the outside. Hideous and oversized blue on the building IMO. But once inside, the place is almost entirely red brick (walls, columns, archways) with Mexican decor. Service - peasantries from the... More

By far we've tried many of the Mexican Town restaurants and hands down Los Galanes wins. I like the fact that the restaurant feels like we're in Mexico. The waitstaff all speak spanish and english, the ambiance is festive and feels like a Mexican cantina. Margaritas come in jumbo or regular sizes. Chicken and Beef Rib soups are homemade and... More

Visited here with friends who know the area well and they had been here many times. Was my first Mexican Town restaurant experience. Was very busy, do that's a good sign! The food was great, atmosphere was great and the strawberry margaritas were fantastic!!! Was not expensive and parking was easy too.

I went here for the first time, on a Thursday mid-afternoon. An old friend and i stopped in to catch up, have a drink. The drink was delicious, piña colada and strawberry together. We ordered a Botana- fresh ingredients, large portions. Sat outside because it was a beautiful day. Server was friendly, and checked back frequently to see if we... More

This place is a pretty solid pick in Mexican Town for Lunch/Dinner. I ordered the Lunch version of the California Burrito and it was huge. The only thing I didn't care for was the fact it wasn't rolled very well and fell apart quite easily. The service was great, but I miss the hand-rolled tortilla station that used to be... More
