Great prices and the sliders are delicious. Highly recommend this place. Plus where else can you get a Mint Julip

Every month several of us girls go to lunch to celebrate someone's birthday. There are 11 of us and we select a different restaurant each month. With great anticipation we decided on Green Dot Stables. To make a long story short, we waited over 1 1/2 hours, watching as they took several groups of 4 ahead of us. Instead of... More

Sliders are the main fare here but the combos are definitely different. The service is good and this is a good spot to check out in the downtown area.

Got to love the long list of sliders. I tired 5 of them and they were all very good. Service is excellent. Great parking and easy to find.

This place is a must-visit. Fantastic gourmet sliders in a really cool, funky environment. The peanut butter Kimchi burger slider is an example. And the maple syrup fried chicken slider. So good. A great value too. Will visit every time I'm in Detroit.

Couldn't decide where we wanted to go after the Sunday Matinee concert. Seemed almost too early for dinner. Since snack-size would work for my wife, time to stop at the Green Dot. Sat at the bar, allowed easy watching of football game. Bartenders were very attentive and friendly. Mystery meat was a Kobe hot dog with sauerkraut (very tasty). She... More

Food was excellent. I should have gotten more than one BBq/bacon slider (at least two) but the truffle fries helped with that. Good beer selection and reasonably priced. Interesting mix of people-the place was packed! Old school atmosphere, hence the widespread appeal. Definitely going back.

I love going to Green Dot stables with my children. We all get about 3 burgers each and maybe a couple of Fluffer-Nutters. The kids feel pretty cool being in the dim atmosphere and booths that take you to being in a Harry Potter movie. I love it !

The sliders were ok to try. Some were terrific while others weren't great. Nothing bad just ok. The beer selection was fabulous and prices weren't bad. I had my hopes up because I heard so much about it. I wasn't let down but it was decent.

Thank Jeff K
