Solid local restaurant

I was in Detroit and had a craving for some good homemade Italian food and drove past Antonio's. I did some research on it and gave it a try. It was a pleasant surprise. The salad was pretty good, but the veal parmigiana was very good. Bread sticks were pretty good as well and the waitress was nice... read more

The title pretty much says it all. The first table we were taken to was so ice cold we didn't even sit. We were taken two rooms away to another one which was equally icy. Tables were so crowded together that waitstaff were barely able to squeeze through. A full pasta meal is too much for me so I ordered... More

I first ate here years and years ago and hadn't visited again until last year. My husband is not a fan of Italian food, which, sad for me, is one of my favorites. For a long time we went to other Italian places that he liked, where he could get a steak. Last year a coworker convinced him to try... More

Invited friends to Antonio's for a great Italian meal, turned out a disaster. Ordered dinner and after waiting an hour for food the Manager Brandon came up and said it would be a little while longer. When they finally brought the food my wife's baked pasta contained sausage instead of meatballs. They took it back and brought out a new... More

Bread, salad, lasagna, chicken, desserts, it's all sooo good! They even cater for large parties, which is also nice.

We love this place. I can make a meal with the bread salad and wine! Their pizzas are the best I have had in the area. I have ordered some pasta dishes that I felt lacked some authenticity. A couple were overloaded with garlic and or cheese. I usually order fettucine Alfredo and it is always consistently good. Prices are... More

We had an anniversary dinner party there on a Saturday night. Service was excellent and they handled our party of 30 with no problem. The all you can eat salad was fresh, the breadsticks were warm and the mostaccioli was hot. The main course served at our table was chicken parmesan, lasagna and cod. The only negative comment was the... More

An Italian lovers paradise with great pasta, pizza and vino. You palate will be amazed by the culinary extravaganza of this popular restaurant. Service is good and the atmosphere is there to match. I am Polish, but prefer the Italian food. What the "heck" else can you say about this palatal experience.

This is not gourmet level dining, but good home-style Italian cooking. They have a large selection of entrees to choose from - the standard pastas, veal and chicken disher. The service I've had has been excellent and lots of parking. Great place to go on lunch hour from work or after for dinner.
