One of the best restaurants in Dearborn if you want to eat a good Arabic food you go to this restaurant very good prices very good service and very good food
It is not easy to impress me when it comes to Arabic restaurants, but this place is legit. Err had the following dishes and all were great: schwarma plate, mixed shwarma sandwich, grape leave sandwich and white cheese and olive side. The fresh pita and tahini starter was great while we waited for our food. The easier was obviously new,... More
This place is hands down the most authentic, flavorful and tasting Arabic restaurant in Dearborn. The portions are huge, the bread is fresh from the oven and the meat is tenderly cooked. Highly recommend the Ameer platter for 2 which has a selection of everything and is more than enough. Highly recommended.
If you are in the Dearborn, Michigan area and have heard about the Arabic Community and would like to try some authentic food in a top class restaurant this is the place to go. It is safe and not under the Ford Rouge smokestacks. It is bilingual and the staff is not only willing to explain the menu to you... More
There aren't enough superlatives to describe this restaurant. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is superlative and authentic. The portions are very large and the prices are very reasonable. You will not leave hungry. If you visit the Detroit area, you must try this restaurant.
I got to know about this place through a friend of mine who works close by to this place. So, I decided to check on this place. The place is well packed on both the occasions I visited. Coming into the food part, the Salads tasted great. Also, we had a platter on each occasion and completely loved it. Meat... More
Dearborn is home to so many of the finest middle eastern food around that it is hard to go wrong. But there are some dishes that make a difference and aren't consistent from restaurant to restaurant or even visit to visit. Al Ameer is a place I've been going to for years. I go to their Dearborn and their Dearborn... More
We where staying locally and wanted some good Mediterranean food. We decided to go here due to the Tripadvisor reviews. My husband and father in law where afraid to eat here until I showed them the menu. My husband ordered chicken fingers and my father in law ordered fried chicken, this came as no surprise to me. I had lamb... More
We found Al Ameer using Trip Advisor, and we are certainly glad. The menu was extensive, the service was perfect, and the meal so good we keep talking about it. We had the sampler, and everything was fantastic. More than enough for two. Fatima was our server, and made excellent suggestions. Fastastic food at a very reasonable price. I'd love... More
The previous review kind of summed up our experience, as well. Combined the Middle Eastern dining experience with a visit to The Ford and Greenfield Village. What struck me as we approached the restaurant was the feeling that we were in a severely depressed area, maybe even a third world country environment. Even the parking lot at the restaurant and...
