Needed to eat something after visiting Brickside and went here. There were a lot of snowmobilers eating here and they were surprisingly busy but our server was good and took care of us. The soup and the seafood chowder were both good and the smoked trout pizza was excellent.

Food is really good here. The fish is fresh, the chowder is divine! Cauliflower appetizer with cucumber-wasabi dressing was great. Nice meal in a quaint little town.

The pizza is fantastic at the Mariner North. We live within an hour of Copper Harbor and visit regularly, admittedly in the summer there are many choices for dinner but fall and winter your choices narrow considerably, We went for a ride during this past rain and snow mixed cold Sunday, we stopped in to the Mariner North and wondered... I was pleasantly surprised. The menu selection was very good, the service outstanding, the food delicious, and we were able to get in, get served, and get out in a reasonable amount of time. Quite popular with families. Wasn't not my first choice (which was completely booked with reservations) but I left The Mariner North restaurant satisfied, and with considerably... More

I struggled with whether to rate this place "average" or "very good". However, I decided on "average" as it was pretty "medium" in most respects. We had turkey sandwiches which were both good, but nothing extra special. The server, Jen I believe was her name, was exceptional. She refilled our drinks many times and stayed right on top of things... More

We visit Copper Harbor every summer and the Mariner North is always a favorite of restaurants in the area and we make a point to dine there at least once every visit. Very nice inside and out, very good wait staff, and food choices range from seafood to burgers, chicken steaks and pizza. All very good!

This is a pretty nice place. They have nice vegetarian selection. My husband ordered the Kayak, the ultimate grilled cheese. I ordered the fish sandwich. I don' know if I was just hungry or what, but it was one of the best fish sandwiches. Service was good as well as the atmosphere.

Service was excellent, menu choice pretty broad, good homemade fish chowder for soup, yummy lava cake and ice cream for dessert, good coffee. Prices were reasonable, I thought. Not fast food cheap, but better quality all around.
