Very Enjoyable Dinner

Had dinner with friends for New Years Eve, 2015, and as another reviewer said asked "why don't we eat here more often." We where very warmly greeted, and promptly seated. Our waiter was very friendly, knew each item on the menu, and happy to assist us in our final choices. For starters we... read more

The waitstaff was wonderful. The appetizers were extremely small portions for $15. The menu is very limited with no substitutions. You either love this type of northern Italian food or you don't. Wine menu looked quite extensive. 2 appetizers, 3 meals, 4 drinks and 3 dessert drinks were $250. Very very over priced!

On a busy Sunday night the service was outstanding. Our small group was made to feel like we were the only people in the place. Andrew and the rest of the staff did not miss a beat. The meal was superb from the perfectly cooked calamari with marinara sauce that I wish I could have brought home by the quart... More

The salad was good, as it is at most restaurants, a very good house salad. I was excited to try the rabbit ragu, but it left me disappointed. I think much of the menu is not my style, never was fond of the northern Italian cuisine.

Small and unassuming but one of the finest restaurants around! Love going here. The servers make the customers feel pampered and important. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The drinks are generous and wonderful

A seemingly unassuming place, this is always a treat. A place that when done with dinner evokes the comment "Why don't we come here more often". Food was great, Rabbit Ragu, Sea Bass, Steak (which was voted the next dish everyone had to try). Date & flatbread apps were delicious and everything was thoughtfully and atrfully presented. Staff is always... More

This was my second visit to Due Venti. From staff to soup - this place is CLASS. The menu is small but delicious, and focused. The waiters know their stuff. The main fare is surrounded by special sides that truly expand the experience. The patio is lovely, and even though its in front, it's quiet... These guys know what they... More

Our food was delicious and our waiter was attentive. The food here has a few subtle twists that you wouldn't get at a traditional Italian place like Andiamo's for a similar price. Will be back.

From appetizer (sauteed calamari with super fresh ingredients) through salads and entrees, Due Venti was a delight. Imported gorgonzola and garden-fresh greens made the house salad an amazing choice. We had the Italian influenced NY Strip, and a fettuccini with sausage that left us with smiles. Servers were among the best I've encountered in Metro Detroit. Glad we found this... More
