I met some colleagues there- I had already eaten so I just had a couple of beers- the beer menu was extensive and I tried a couple of IPA's I had never tasted- my friend's did eat and said the food was very good- cool atmosphere

Rude waitresses and beer that tastes, just... Off. Maybe I'm just a traditional Bud Light sort of gal, but I'll stick to a six pack in my kitchen. Their beer wasn't quite worth the half-mile walk/drive up the road.

Tried Black Lotus twice and haven't had much luck. The bartender was clearly overwhelmed and had trouble keeping up. The beer cheese soup was really good, but the burger was just average.

We were staying a mile away in Troy on Stephenson Highway. The Black Lotus is located on the corner of North Main and 14 mile. Signage is hard to make out. We drove past it 3 times before we spotted it. This is an excellent brewpub that also features locally made spirits. We stuck with Vodka from Valentine Distilling down... More

The BBQ nachos are great...the beer selection is great and now with the virtual golf it is a great place to enjoy with friends anytime.

This is one of my favorite places to go. The beers are excellent and they are made on site, so there is always a new beer to try. I'm a great fan of brew pubs, and this is a good one. Once we asked about the beer, and the brewmaster actually came out and talked to us about it.. That... More

We love going here year-round for the food and "made on-site" beer but their October brew is SO good. Favorite foods include the Black Bean Burger (like none I've ever had) and the Wasabi Salmon Wrap. Sweet potato fries are a great add-on, as well. And Black Lotus has a wonderful neighborhood ambiance.

Easy access, ready parking, good options for vegetarians and their meat eating friends!! House black bean burger and nachos very good. If you don't like too much spice, ask for half or none of the jalapeños. Excellent.

We've gone here quite a bit, & for awhile their food was nothing to write home about. But they got a new manager, came out with a new menu quite some time ago. Food is VERY good, quite tasty! Casual menu, more sandwiches & salads, but extremely well done. Great sweet potato fries with a wonderful aioli for dipping. Love... More

The beer at Black Lotus was very good, however the food was only mediocre. Seating in their lounge area is preferred, and you can sit there for a few beers with friends and have an enjoyable experience. I would recommend eating elsewhere.
