Although this place is only about 20 minutes from home, we hadn't visited until about two months ago, and for breakfast. We have been back about five times since, for breakfast and lunch, and have not been disappointed. The ambience is nice, the wait staff friendly and efficient, and we even have had the opportunity to talk to the chef.... More

What a great place to gather with family and friends for a wedding! Definitely not a chain hotel, this place has its own character and may be the best-kept secret in Michigan. The inn has great character and the eatery serves fantastic food from an extensive menu. Owners live on site and are very attentive to guests.

Excellent breakfast menu for Sunday morning after church gatherings. Omelets are great, and the pancakes are light, fluffy and delicious. Servers are very good. Being local, I have never spent the night there.

This is somewhat of an unusual property. It is a bit dated, but in a charming way. The room where we stayed was quite large and is furnished more like a bed and breakfast. It had a brand new shower that was wonderful. The workers that we encountered were all extremely friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast at the restaurant.... More
