This is where I met my wife so we go there for lunch on our monthly anniversary. Going on seven years. The pub has a bit of a make over. Primarily there is less seating by the window which to me is too bad. I enjoy people watching and Chelsea is definitely a happening place. The pub has great lunches.... More

Went to Cleary's for St Patrick's Day and had the best celebration ever. They really know how to create the mood. Friendly crowd, servers, and staff. Intimate, antique Irish décor completed the setting. Authentic Irish band played rollicking music and engaged the vibrant crowd. The food was so good... The corned beef was lean and tender. Everyone in our large... More

People actually eat here but it is right across the street from The Common Grill and as the grill does not take resevation it is a convenient place for a beverage, especially in the cold months in Michigan.

The food was a little pricey but very good. The band was nice and it had a festive atmosphere. We are meeting my cousins here this weekend. IT is across the street from The Common Grill.

Four of us stopped for a bite to eat while visiting Chelsea. The menu had a nice variety to choose from. We had everything from a Cleary hamburg, a taco salad and a beautiful fish dinner. The meals, atmosphere and service was very good. We would go back again.

Four of us went after golfing and all ordered the nachos. Even though we have had them before and knew how big they were, we all ordered our own anyway. None of us finished them. They were Oh So Good but way too much.

We stopped in for dinner before a play at the Purple Rose Theater. We were not sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. The Portabella Sandwich on fresh pumpernickel was very tasty. My husband said the French Dip sandwich was outstanding. Another person in our party had a chicken sandwich which he said was very good. The sweet... More

Went for appetizers before a show at the Purple Rose Theater, and then for last call after dinner. Had a fun, engaging one man band that made it fun. Good beer selection (Irish beers...yum) and good menu selection. Not expensive.
