Due to remodeling, check their web page or call before making the trip, however, if they are open, go! I had the BEST bbq ribs tonight that Ive ever had! Great place, staff, and food. I will defiantly return!

How can something be advertised as great for snowmobile guests when it is not even open ? Just a strange place. When it is open not sure why, I think it is just a hobby for the owner not a real business.

We take pride in our business, but do to the lack of customer base in the winter time we close the restaurants. We advise all our customers that the restaurant is closed before they book there rooms. We continue to have the lodging open year round for all to enjoy the beautiful trail system that we have here in Northern... More

On Sunday mornings (during the season) the Breakfast Buffet offered by Black Mountain Lodge is Top Notch! Your eggs are made to order as you watch. There are plenty of choices to make your eggs just the way you like! For example, several types of cheese, tomatoes, onions, seeds etc. Eggs are not your only choice. There is biscuits and... More

Great Sunday brunch! A nice drive from Cheboygan, MI. Crepes & Pancakes made to order in the kitchen (blueberry today). Omelets made to order in dining area & delivered to your table - lots of veggies, cheeses & meats to choose! Fresh fruit was ripe & delicious. Biscuits & gravy, sausage, bacon, ham . . . and then pastries &... More

Black Mountain Lodge serves a very nice Sunday Brunch from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Their buffet featured a selection of fresh fruit, three kinds of meat, biscuits and gravy, assorted pastries and breads, but the highlights were the omelette bar (try the Greek) and the made to order pancakes (today they had plain or strawberry). Worth the drive to enjoy a... More

Whenever I want a great dinner for a special occasion - most recently my brothers birthday - I go to blank mountain lodge. The menu is always changing and every dish always delights. Their buffet is the only buffet I like in Northern Michigan. They have a chef who makes you any omlet - the buffet is typically for breakfast... More

The restaurant is closed except for Sunday brunch. When we called earlier in the day to see if we needed reservations for dinner, we were not told about this. The bar food is TERRIBLE. No one in our party of six enjoyed our meal. Tasted like food was bought at GFS or Walmart and reheated. Way overpriced for what you... More

I personally apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the Lakeview dinning room. The Lakeview dinning room is a banquet facility at this time. Uses: Weddings, business meetings, private parties etc... Our fabulous breakfast buffet is on Sunday from 9am-noon as an exception. The food we purchase comes from one of the finest food distributors in Michigan. The meat we use CAB... More

We have a cabin on Twin Lakes about 1.5 miles from the Eagles Nest. Everytime we come north, a visit to EN is the norm. The best thing about the EN is that you can walk in flip-flops, gym shorts, and a t-shirt and feel right at home. We come in right off the lake with no problem. The burgers... More

My husband and I dined recently at the Lakeside Dining Rm at BML. I am compelled to write as I have read some rather scathing reviews. Our dinner was great. The service was very good, The restaurant wasn't crowded which made us wonder why with such a nice atmosphere, food, etc. maybe there is some problem with consistency(?) In Aug,... More

This place has great vibes! The bar is a great place for a casual get together. Local bands are good entertainment and the Summer Shandy is ice cold!
