The French toast and cinnamon rolls are to die for. Yes, it is expensive. If we wanted cheap and quick we would have gone to to a fast food place. I have gone to this place for over 30 yrs including times with screaming little kids. The place is usually packed with little room for servers. I can't make food... More

Food was average at best. Service is ok. The prices are ridiculous!!! $4.25 per slice of French toast. Almost $4 for a glass of OJ. $4 for 3 little strips of bacon. The omelet was so small is was funny, Oh, and my favorite. If you want pure Michigan maple Syrup at $2.50. Stay away!!! I think is was $42... More

We have had bad service the last several times. Recently, we ended up walking out!!! The head waitress, Jan, never greeted us and chose to wait on customers seated after us. They need to hire new staff to help turn this Charlevoix restaurant around. It is for sale and now we know why...sad

Having not dined here in a number of years, and remembering that lines used to be out the door for the great food, we decided to visit again recently. We were sorely disappointed in how much the restaurant has gone downhill. We should have taken note of the for-sale signs posted out front. The owner is ready to retire, and... More

$30 for breakfast and not even a mimosa? Service is good. Well done eggs were some kind of mush. Not going back here for sure.

I've wanted to stop here for many years but never seemed to time it right. Had breakfast here and I was really disappointed. Small portion of pre-cooked hashbrowns and the thinnest toast I have ever seen. On a positive note the eggs were cooked correctly and the service was outstanding! Cost for two of us $24.00 not including tip. Should... More

Food was very over priced. And it was of average taste. $4 for a 3 strips of of bacon?? Tough to write a review after spending over $30 for breakfast for 2 adults. I've been to upscale brunches that cost less. Don't bother stopping here.

The food was over-priced! The portions were super small. The 3 egg omelet I ordered was obviously the eggs of a sparrow. The toast was burnt. $3.50 for burnt toast. The only good reviews on here must be relatives. And I think ALL the diners are first-timers mistakenly thinking they are in for an old fashioned, tasty meal. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfriendly service and crazy prices for poor quality food. We had breakfast and it was tasteless. I know it's an icon establishment in the area but I won't be back.

As title says, over priced. They are not open all the time either. Breakfast better at other places in town.
