We visit the Villager Pub every time we are in northern Michigan. It is one of our favorite places to go with friends and family. Service is always the best and the food is always great!! The white fish dinner is great! Prices are reasonable and a good value. The decor is unique and there is plenty to look at with... More

Ate here on a Friday night, rather late. We were seated immediately by pleasant staff. Food was very good. The fried fish was the best we've had in years. It is not fancy inside. Waitress was very nice. The bathrooms are in the basement, down a rather long flight of stairs. Excellent place for fish and beer.

This is a great bar restaurant. Always consistent! The service is great. Fun girls. Typical bar food. Burgers, sandwiches, Mexican. My favorite is the broasted chicken but not always available. If you like white fish, this is the place to get it.They have specials every day. It's just one of those "go to places".

This was an average small town bar, service was pretty slow. Not too many good TVs if you want to watch games.

Came in on a Friday evening about 7, seated within 5 minutes. Server was friendly, knowledgable. Food came out promptly- she timed appetizers and food perfectly. Had good recommendations about the local beers. Looked like a lot of locals eating there. Perfect pub food!

Busy casual wooden floor restaurant with good varieties from seafood to burgers to mexican. Nothing to get excited about but seems to be a local favorite

Cold day and we needed to get warmed up more than fill our faces. Stopped at the pub and decided soup and chili sounded best. The soup specials were andouille sausage and lentil, chili, and a chicken based soup with lemon, bell peppers, cheese. All three were very, very good and just what we needed. My daughter (13) had the... More

We went on a morning fishing charter and caught 4 fish. Terry at the restaurant took great care of preparing our fish two ways - deep fired and broiled. Friendly staff.

First let me say, the Mac and cheese bites were the best I've ever had! So good and creamy and obviously not just Kraft Mac and Cheese, YUM! The service wasn't great and the whitefish was a little too fishy for me. I wish I would have gotten the cod. We waited a long time for refills on our waters... More
