The Bistro may very well have the best food in Charlevoix, however, i refuse to ever come there again. We recently went to edgewater finding salmon, sliders and mushroom to be The Best! Sat at the bar was entertained by servers all working so hard to keep up with a by busy night. When in Charlevoix don't be in a hurry, just enjoy!!! Amy was our server, very pleasant!

The food is excellent,always busy and full.just loved the atmosphere,fresh ingredients white fish and risotto we delish! it is a must is you are in Charlavoix

We went to have night cap! Found that they had A wild mushroom soup that was delicious . We were entertained with guitar and lovely singing. Drinks were good too! The next night we had carry out pizza(classic) and Iceberg salad-good too!

I love the Edgewater Bistro! The ambiance is very relaxing. The view of the bridge and water is great, especially in the warmer months when boats are cruising by. Very impressive, reasonable, We have been going ther since 2007 and have had mostly good times. Lobster, steaks, white fish, soups, salads. Really a great place to go. Chef is very focused. Nice wine selection also.
