The foods was bad. It was tasteless and a bit like eating cardboard soaked in grease. The waitress seemed to be ignoring us. We had a difficult time getting her to wait on us. The building is wore out and musty. They tend to cater to the locals and we got the feeling they did not want tourists in their... More

Went in for dinner, I ordered a burger, my husband ordered soup and salad. The burger was over cooked. They ran out of salad dressing. The salad bar was out of 2 other popular items. Boiled eggs, peppercini's. The tomatoes were soft and meely. We won't be going back there again.

We tried to find a place that had dinners and not just fried bar food and burgers. This was the place. They were packed and unfortunately understaffed. The 2 servers worked really hard to take care of everyone and did a darned good job. However everyone suffered a bit because of that. The salad bar is deluxe. The soup was... More

Went there for dinner on a Thursday night. Storms had hit the Upper Peninsula and this was one of the few areas that did not lose power. The restaurant staff seemed worn-out with the large influx of customers from all over the UP. We had fresh whitefish dinners (broiled) and were very pleased with the fish. Very fresh, and not... Had a decent pizza one night. Seemed like the most popular place in town with a full menu and bar. Family oriented palce

Stopped for breakfast on August 10. We understood that it would be busy with the boat show. We were seated in a timely manner but down hill from there. Waited 15 minutes for a waitress who took our complete order. 10 minutes later we got our drinks. After another 45 minutes no breakfast out of coffee and customers who came... More

Lots of good breakfast grub - served to order. Sausage patties were a great surprise - hand made!!! The marble rye toast alone is worth the trip!

We were directed to Ang-Gio's by several locals for a quick lunch. The first thing we noticed was the air conditioning was blasting out of one register so much that the waitresses discouraged us from sitting at a table next to it. They then proceed to tell every new diner, "don't sit at that table because the air is really... More

Ang-gio's rarely disappoints. This popular restaurant serves many guests. They have take out pizza as well. The servers are pleasant and the kitchen is willing to accommodate your needs. The interior has been updated and the salad bar is the best in town....at a great price! We eat here often.

The food was good. The service was good. I was mis-charged for an item by my waitress and the cashier corrected it immediately; no biggie. This is a nice restaurant. I'd eat there again.
