Overall, this is a fairly nice restaurant, with a good menu. The potato skins were excellent and the service good. We definitely had issues with over-cooked meat. We sent one well done steak back (ordered medium-rare) because it was past well done, but we ate the hamburgers that were well-done (ordered medium) just because we were hungry after a day... More

We stopped in here, based on the reviews from Trip Advisor, on our trip through Michigan and we were not disappointed. This is not gourmet dining, just good home cooking in a comfortable down home kind of environment with friendly staff, good beer and generous portions of food. I had the Pork Tenderloin in a Bourbon sauce and my husband... More

Had a nice piece of Walleye, well prepared. A very casual restaruant, with prompt, friendly wait staff. Nothing fancy about this place, with up North feel and comfort inside. The food is not excellent, but certainly above average.

This is a comfortable little place with friendly service. I had a BLT which is a basic lunch, but it was tasty and piled high with bacon. There didn't seem to be many choices in the area, so I was glad to try this place.

Very nice little restaurant/ bar. Very busy (Friday night) but were very accommodating for ten of us. We called just a few minutes ahead and were seated very quickly. My husband had the walleye and I had the blackened pork which was very spicy but good. We would definitely recommend and would return. Ample portions. Service as expected as it... More

Had walleye with cherry and almonds and the field and stream. Fish was cooked perfectly pasta fish had great taste but a little heavy on the oil. Only problem I saw was they give you margarine spread with bread. Ask for butter and they bring it though. Atmosphere is fun and rustic. I would recommend it.

Best potato skins ever. Add a side of salsa and sour cream . Can't be beat anywhere. Never had a bad meal here. Great burgers and fries.
