I love Panera and this one was on their game at the drive thru. I had the breakfast sandwich, eggs, bacon and cheese and it was too hot to eat till I got to work. Of course the pecan rolls are to die for. Now I too admit these are pricey, but the quality, service are all great and again,... More

Ordering a soufflé and only 20% of time they have them available. Terrible inventory management. Ordered bagel toasted and it was just warm bread. Trash in the drive through. Sloppy and poor management.

I have been to this Panera location over 10 times. Each time my bagel seemed to be a day old. The other Panera in Brighton seems it have much fresher bagels. The Panera change may have expanded too quickly. The concept is great but the quality and service really varies.

No more Panera for me, and this used to be one of my favorite lunch stops. But your food is a C- at best, brown, wilted lettuce (on numerous occasions) dry mini pieces of chicken, soup slopping all over you way too heavy plates (they are not trays-by the way) and your prices for waiting on yourself are now ridiculous.... I'm a Foodie, so I have nooooo problem spending money on food; particularly good food. One can glamourize Panera if so desired, but realistically it's a sandwich shop (a Subway basically) with a fireplace, and an aesthetically pleasing dining area. That's what we're paying for - and it's become less important to me, quite frankly. Oh, you still pay for... More

I eat Panera semi regularly usually in Indianapolis as that is where I am from. This location had awful summer corn chowder as it was overly salted and looked and taste like it'd been reheated for days. On the other hand I had the summer salad with all the fruit and it was great! I didn't get meat and they... More

Panera's brocolli soup is wonderful! Always fresh although some time it is not warm enough. Every time I have been there the place is clean and busy but moves quickly. Great staff.

It's in an outlot, so it's hard to get to. However, once you get parked, it''s set up just like any other average Panera.

The one on Washtenaw Ave is a typical Panera - excellent for the price and a great place to hang out and talk

Manager and employ attitude not up to par, food was good. Most Panera Breads are much cleaner than this one!!!
