Go for the view, and have lunch.

The view here is tremendous, and the food entirely reasonable for lunch. Really try not to be here in a thunderstorm (I have been years ago) - the view is what you want. I had a very reasonable salad, and some white wine (I could probably see the vineyard!) and was entirely satisfied.

Excellent food, served with elegance, in a relatively large, nonetheless beautiful restaurant, perched on a hilltop with an astounding view on the surrounding Burgundy hills, filled with vineyards. The restaurant itself has an extensive and very good choice of wines on offer, definitely a tip for the wine lovers! What I remember most, was the superdelicious, and super big piece... More

We went here for a light lunch. Our local hosts told us before that it is also a nice place for a dinner but we wanted just something light. They have a very good choice of salads. The salad Beaujolais was delicious and very reasonably prices (12 €). We intended to have also a nice peace of tart as desert... More

On a clear day you can see the Alps across the Rhone/Saone valley, but if the weather isn't playing ball, comfort yourself with a view of the dessert chiller or the extensive menu and wine list. This restaurant is a Mecca for local family celebrations and as a result has a lovely atmosphere. In short, good views, good service, good... More

Very good quality restaurant - unusual ! A tourist restaurant along the 'Beaujolais' wine region, but with a high range quality of the menus! You don't expect that high level at such a place ..... From starter to dessert, a very high level of quality.

With views over the Saone valley from the Beaujolais wine hills this restaurant could probably survive by serving second rate food. It doesn't. Fully satisfactory starters and mains but the desserts.....You get to choose your own from the cabinet from a dozen or more all of which would grace a normal restaurant. The only downside was the service - we... More

A tourist stop restaurant on a bend in the road that overlooks a horizon stretching from Geneva, Switzerland to Lyon, France. Nestled in the Beaujolais vineyards, this area is spectacular. The restaurant changes from a casual lunch or coffee stop to a more formal environment in the evening. Good menus, great desserts, good service. A nice surprise.
