Steve's Deli Salad is good.

I had the Deli salad with extra Russian dressing on the side. You should ask for bread. The bread is free with the salad. The salad was good. I think that this place was voted best of Detroit several times.

We always stop by to get something before heading to the airport, but eating in is fun, too. Good soup, great sandwiches, can't get through the weekend without a bagel from here. Kids love the 7 layer cake, and the cookies are pretty darn good, too! Lots to try and always fresh and good!

the Rye Bread and loads of Turkey Breast are perfect in this huge sandwich. The chicken soup has lots of meat and is a great choice for the cold days.

I am a deli aficionado. I've been to deli's all over the country...and lived in NYC for 10 years. The food at Steve's is actually pretty good...authentic and traditional. I like the food. The service is OK..at best. But I am always amazed by the prices. Amazed at how high they are. Detroit has a fairly low cost of living.... More

Steve's Deli serves delicious deli food. Tasty and well presented with a nice atmosphere. It might seem a little pricey; yet, still affordable. The quality makes it worth an occasional lunch visit for sure.

I went to the deli with my son yesterday and stood at the door waiting to be seated for at least10 minutes. There was very few people in the restaurant . As we waited I saw at least two waitresses walk right by us without any acknowledgement at all. I even made contact with peoplle in the kitchen. It was... More

A $5 potatoe pancake? A $4 baked apple? And for only one! Food is good but pricey for a deli, tables are way too close together, loud conversation and a surly staff make this a not so pleasant experience in my opinion.

The food is OK, nothing spectacular. We did not find them very accommodating for small children. Service is fast.

Super overpriced deli food that used to be excellent, but has declined in the past several years. The prices are exorbitant!!! I do often purchase their chicken soup and am so happy that it is always in a glass jar, but $38.00 for a container of soup for 4 people is just too much. If you are looking for a... More

Impossible to go here with a family when everything you want on a sandwich cost extra making one sandwich cost nearly $20, that's just the sandwich no side, no drink. Good food, but honestly it is still just a sandwich for a ridiculously high price.
