Great if you want a $20 sandwich

Impossible to go here with a family when everything you want on a sandwich cost extra making one sandwich cost nearly $20, that's just the sandwich no side, no drink. Good food, but honestly it is still just a sandwich for a ridiculously high price.

it is a deli so the dining area is loud but within reason. The soups are excellent, the barley is the one to try. The sandwich is a typical deli style, lots of meat etc, you will not be disappointed. The eggs and omelettes with toasted rye bread are great. Ask for egg whites if you are so inclined. Service... More

We had a leisurely early meal one late weekday morning. The deli, which is located within a strip mall, is open for take-out as well as sit-down dining, including an indoor atrium seating area. The place is rather narrow and deep in structure — much like a New York deli. The menu is extensive in its offerings. I tried a... More

When we lived in the area we frequented Steve's when we needed a deli sandwich, we stop now when we travel through the area. Wish we still lived nearby. The place is pricey, but for what you get it's worth it. The sandwiches, we get brisket and pastrami, are always loaded and good. The soups are home made as are... More

I recently had a deli tray delivered for my grand daughters 3rd birthday party, it was to die for! The presentation was over the top with the flowers! I would highly recommend steves deli for any event. Aleah had many suggestions that helped me accommodate my guests and I got a great deal! My only complaint is that they don't... More

I went and bought a xl and a large soup to go and my bill was $45. Now that's a fir amount of soup, and the soup is incredible, but it seemed a little pricy. That's the name of the game here. You are going to get a good, maybe great lunch, but you are going to pay for it.

This place is too expensive, walk down the hall to the Gallery and get same food for half the price and a much nicer environment. Food was OK but not awesome.

There is nothing better comfort food than the chicken soup and sandwich at Steve's. Whenever we come back, we HAVE TO stop at least once at "the best deli". Hands down, it's the best of the area!

Steve's deli is the best deli in the suburbs of MI. Old fashioned Jewish style deli with very good bagels and traditional cheeses and salads as well as smoked fishes.

There is no question in my mind that Steve's is the best deli in Michigan -- their deli meats are incomparable, and their soups, salads, and entrees are all excellent. The service is sometimes iffy, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five. Also, they need to join the computer era -- hand tallied checks slow the... More
