A little hole in the wall right across from the Birmingham Police station. Dont expect to get robbed here! But expect to get a ticket if your meter runs out! Take advantage of the free public parking garage close by, if needed...and enjhoy a great meal. Mos dishes were small-ish in serving size. I left feeling hungry. Dish was well... More

I don't know what to recommend most! I had a salad with perfectly grilled salmon. It was well-dressed, but not over-dressed: perfect! Also, the crab cakes were better than all of the crab cakes I had in Maryland last summer. The servers are awesome!

A group of 4 enjoyed a dinner at this restaurant on a weekday evening. The venue is small but the food was outstanding. (There is outside seating in the warmer months.) The entrees we tried were the special fish and chips, the seasoned salmon and the fish tacos. All were delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. I would... More

These people can really cook great seafood. I personally like the lobster salad BLT for lunch and the lobster bisque is equally excellent. I've been here for dinner and those menu items I've tried have always been the quality of a high caliber coastal eating establishment. The staff is up to the same level as well.

I have lived in Birmingham for 20 years and have never had a bad meal! Location is downtown quaint Birmingham, food is awesome, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is attentive - especially Carla and Chris - Heather the Hostess/manager is a gem! Perch, salmon, any special, anything on the menu - no kidding. A couple favorites - the... More

This place has always been on the family bucket list for years and for good reason. Great food and decent portions. Dined here again on 3/29/15 and it was outstanding. My wife and I split the pan fried perch and the kids each had a cheeseburger. The perch is a specialty and has never ever disappointed. The maytag blue cheese... More

Lively environment, great food, huge list of wines, excellent service… What else can you ask for? They don’t take reservations and after 7 pm is packed… however, you can always wait around the bar while drink some fruity appetizer!! Portions are not huge, so if you are a big guy, don’t be afraid to order a soup or a salad... More

We recently went to Streetside Seafood in Birmingham, as part of their Birmimgham restaurant week promotion. We ordered from the special menu, that offered a welcome variety of entrées. However, from the minute we sat down and it was apparent to our server that we were going to order from the Restaurant Week menu, the dinner flew by! Our server... More
