Great tasting sandwiches and side dishes. My sandwich had very generous portions of meat and cheese. The tabouli salad was delicious. It was everything that I was hoping to find in an authentic Jewish Deli.

Great sandwiches, real bagels made right in the store, nice deli salads. Great to eat in or pick up some things to take on picnic.

Jewish deli in Beulah, Michigan? Yes, please! And it is out of this world! If you have ever been to Zingerman's in Ann Arbor, this is similar, with better prices!

I usually stop here when I ride the Betsie River trail on my bike. Lots of sandwich choices and friendly staff. Order at the counter and take your meal to a table. There is also an outdoor seating area on the sidewalk in front of the cafe. Not much in the way of decor or atmosphere at L'Chayim, but the... More

We had a fantastic lunch here. I enjoy fresh made food. The fact it is Kosher is not a concern of mine but it does taste really good. Will go back again and again

We enjoyed lunch here twice during our recent visit to Crystal Lake. It was a favorite of our kids. The service was a bit lacking as we were not greeted when we arrived. Once we ordered our food was prepared quickly and all ingredients were very fresh.

This small quaint deli is a really wonderful place. The menu is varied and you may have a hard time deciding what you want. They make their own breads and some pastries. Great staff. It is usually crowded but they are quick. Some outside seating is available and the weather there lends itself to sitting there. I always get a... More

I almost never frequent the same restaurant more than once while on vacation. I went to L'Chayim two days in a row for lunch while visiting Beulah! I had a hard time deciding on just one item, everything looked so good. And it tasted good too! I really don't think you can go wrong here regardless of what you choose.... More

As a resident of Beulah, I'm always astounded when I walk or drive by the place to see how uncared for the outside looks. Paint is peeling, the bench out front looks like it hasn't been painted for years and there are usually weeds growing around it. It's really an eyesore to the village. I mentioned that last year to... More
