Lots on the menu to choose from. Anything from Wings to BLTs to burgers to Irish Stew. Their burgers are very good. The home made chips are really good. It feels more like a "grill" than an actual pub, but I like that. Not a lot of craft beers on tap, but a wide selection of bottles. All in all... More

It is a nice place with good options for those appreciate many different kinds of beer, but the place smells cigarette smoke. The food options are limited.

I came just for appetizers and a drink on the patio. The patio was beautiful. The staff was great, the food good bar food, and everything reasonably priced. The atmosphere was nice. This was a great place to stop and get a drink. I will be returning for lunch again soon.

The food is ok, some days better than others, but the wait staff genuinely tries to please. Some days are busier than others, but it seems like it's always LOUD in there. Average priced menu and drinks tend to be a little pricey unless on special. It's a bar located in down town - you get what you pay for.

Serendipity! Great atmosphere, fun setting, great view of downtown. Wonderful selection of craft beers and house drinks. The Black Irish Dip was a hit at our table, as well as the loaded potato skins. The fish and chips were prepared to perfection. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Reasonably priced dinner and drinks. Looking forward to returning in the... More

We stopped at the Griffin for dinner when a power outage affecting other parts of town caused Arcadia Ales to close. On entering, we noticed a nice, friendly pub-type atmosphere. The restaurant was very busy, and our waitress told us that they were the only place in town with power that evening. She seemed to do her best to be... More

Classic pub fare and also a few unexpected surprises thrown in for good measure. An extensive brew collection. Worth a trip, we stop by every couple of months or so.

Went here for dinner early on a Friday night. Got seated and served right away. Had the Beef Brisket. It was great! Came with a six-pack selection of sauces, three bottled and three home-made. Great selection of micro-brews.

The waitress that we have is not friendly, like ... at all. Ordered drinks, appetizers and dinner. The drinks took awhile to come out and our appetizer took so long I was going to pay for just our drinks and leave. As I was getting up our appetizer finally came. We didn't really get a real reason as to why... More

I love the bar area in the Griffin more so than the food area. I did have a meal there once and I found it ok but this is a great pub restaurant for meeting in or for special occasions. Great selection of alcoholic beverages on draught and their bar is so cool!
