North end quality in Wrentham!

This place is a hidden gem! They recently expanded likely due to the high demand for their food. They takeout service is always busy and you can always count on a wait for a table. It's well worth it though. Atmosphere is cozy and cute and the food is outstanding. It's truly north end quality out... read more

My wife and I have been going to Assisi for years and it seems to get better all of the time. They have expanded over the past year but it is still crazy crowded but that is the part of this cozy small cafe. The food is always hot and the service great. Derick the owner is always on hand... More

I recently ate at Cafe Assisi with 4 other family members and was pleasantly surprised. We had made reservations as we were told it is a very small restaurant and very popular. The food is excellent, especially their marinara sauce. I had the veal parmegian which was very delicious, portions are quite large so I took 1/2 home with me.... More

Everything we've had here has been wonderful. The pizza is excellent and the Caprese salad is my favorite. We came here for my daughter's birthday and they served her a HUGE slice of chocolate cake. The servers are nice and the wine is good. It's always crowded, but you can call ahead and/or make reservations. It's pretty noisy.

What a great little place. Be sure to get here early because everyone else knows how awesome the food is here. Homemade gravy/sauce to die for and lots of interesting items to choose from. Not your run of the mill italian food; this is pretty fantastic stuff! Bring a hearty appetite!!

I'm always surprised each time I come here and yes, I'm a repeat customer and have been for a few years now. Personally, my favorite meal here is a caesar salad and traditional calzone, which has Italian sausage and ricotta, and is baked to perfection. When it comes to the table, not only is it enormous, it's literally almost too... More

I love this restaurant. The dishes are plentiful and delicious. The salad dressing is to die for (you can buy a bottle to take home). Everything is fresh and made from scratch. They recently expanded the restaurant but I think they need to expand further. Tough to park during peak times and usually a wait. We do take out a... More

This is a very friendly, great neighborhood restaurant. They do as busy a takeout service as a sit down dinner service and if you aren't planning to get there at 5 or 5:30, either plan to wait, or make a reservation---everyone else knows how good it is too. We love their pizzas (thin crusts and yummy), and their Fra diavolo... More

Baked stuffed shells tasted like frozen, just warmed up. Overall not to happy with the food quality. Used to be much better.
