Delicious, affordable hidden gem

My son and I stumbled upon this cafe in downtown Worcester during recent visit to Worcester art museum. It's a little hard to find as it is down on basement floor of old building, but it's well worth seeking out. My son loved the small, cozy feel of the cafe. Good food, brunch on Sunday, dinner Friday and Saturday. Creative home cooking. Exhibits be local artists and quiet listening live music on weekend nights.

Good, fresh food at great prices. One can easily miss this little hide-away but I'm glad we didn't. Better than 'pub fare' and there was live music. A fun night.

I decided to try to place after seeing some of the reviews. This place is just one block north of the Courtyard by Marriot. It is in a former warehouse. There is a huge sign outside so you can't miss it. Go down the steps, open the door into a hallway, and it is the second business on the left.... More

Lucky's is kind of hidden on the lower level of an old factory building, and easy to miss. At first we weren't even sure if it was open. Glad it was, cause it was a cool, funky little cafe! We had a nice breakfast there. Place reminded me of a cool cafe set you would see on a show like... More

Meeting my sister and her husband for dinner so we looked for a new place to try in Worcester and Lucky's turned out to be a real charm. First impression was the size, it's cozy, quaint and nicely decorated. There was a couple playing acoustic music and singing in the far corner. Just loud enough to enjoy, but not interfere... More

Lucky's is in the Grove Street building that used to be a factory. Food is delicious. I especially recommend their breakfasts!

Lucky's is the best kept secret! I was introduced to Lucky's by some colleagues, and it is the best place to go for a perfect sized soup/sandwich lunch. It's easy to walk to if you are located in that area, it's not expensive, the food is great, and the people are super friendly. I have always had a great experience.

It is worth going down in the basement! Good breakfast and great coffee. The service was very good and the food was terrific. Had a wonderful french toast with strawberry honey butter. $15 for two for breakfast.

This is a wonderful place to go for breakfast. The eggs were excellent and the staff was so friendly. The decor is splendid - its in the basement of what used to be an old factory! The staff seem to take great pride in this place and that adds to the whole dining experience. I'd defiantly go back if I'm... More
